原始肌理，坦诚相见。保留建筑原始结构之美，如裸露的混凝土梁柱、天花板管线、红砖墙面，展现空间真实骨架。不刻意遮掩，反而成为独特装饰。尽可能减少隔断，利用层高优势打造开阔感。大面积落地窗引入自然光，轨道射灯、极简吊灯、落地灯交织，营造多变的光影氛围。
