温州菜场的岔路小径 咖喱咖喱+仨井酒吧丨中国温州丨氹边建筑工作室

项目场地位于温州老城区双井头菜场三岔路口，原建筑为狭长的两层民居。设计布局舍弃常见的上下分层模式，而是将空间在水平方向上分开，通过设置两套独立的楼梯系统，建筑被划分为左右并排的两个单元，来实现咖喱店与酒吧的独立共存。© 氹边建筑

The project site is located at the three-way intersection of Shuangjingtou vegetable market in the old city area of Wenzhou. The original building was a narrow two-story residential building. The design layout abandons the common hierarchical pattern of up and down, and instead separates the space horizontally. By setting up two independent staircase systems, the building is divided into two units arranged side by side, achieving independent coexistence between the curry shop and the bar.

首层，右侧酒吧以深色石材幕墙构筑相对清晰、封闭的界面，与街道形成视觉缓冲；左侧咖喱店则将石材幕墙向室内延伸，贯穿明档厨房直至另一侧立面。这道折线墙体将室外街巷铺装引入室内，与切角开口共同构成一条贯穿建筑的“分岔小径”，模糊了室内外边界。这样使咖喱店获得了双面临街的客流界面，与酒吧呈现合而不同姿态，又延续了马路菜场流动、渗透的特性。

On the first floor, the bar on the right side is constructed with a relatively clear and enclosed inter-face using dark stone curtain walls, creating a visual buffer with the street; The curry shop on the left extends the stone curtain wall into the interior, running through the open kitchen to the other side facade. This curved wall introduces outdoor street paving into the interior, forming a “branch-ing path” that runs through the building together with angled openings, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas. This gives the curry shop a dual sided street facing customer interface, presenting a different posture from the bar while continuing the flow and penetration characteristics of street markets.

二层，咖喱店扩大了窗户形成内退阳台，将三港庙街景纳入用餐视野。新铺贴的白色马赛克瓷砖色块与旧墙面新旧交替，编织成流动的空间图案；酒吧则利用原预制楼板的结构特点，通过局部楼板挑空，让视线与声音可以交互，形成贯通上下层的社交场域。

On the second floor, the curry shop has expanded the windows to form a recessed balcony, in-corporating the view of San Gang Temple Street into the dining view. The newly laid white mosaic tiles and color blocks alternate with the old and new walls, weaving into a flowing spatial pattern; The bar utilizes the structural characteristics of the original prefabricated floor slab and creates a social space that connects the upper and lower floors through local floor slab voids, allowing for interaction between sight and sound.

建筑顶部采用双层屋面系统，在原瓦屋顶下方增设半透明树脂波浪瓦作为次级屋面。空腔层可以兼具隔热、防漏，并整合灯光、空调等设备。同时，次级屋面也为二楼的两个空间各自塑造了独立的坡顶意象。

The top of the building adopts a double-layer roof system, and semi transparent resin wave tiles are added below the original tile roof as a secondary roof. The cavity layer can serve as both in-sulation and leak proof, and integrate lighting, air conditioning, and other equipment. At the same time, the secondary roof also creates independent sloping roof imagery for each of the two spac-es on the second floor.

通过这些空间组织方式，白天来用餐的咖喱店顾客和晚上来喝酒的酒吧客人虽然感受上是去了同一栋建筑，却能获得完全不同的空间体验。

Through these spatial organization methods, curry shop customers who come to dine during the day and bar customers who come to drink at night, although they feel like they are in the same building, can have completely different spatial experiences.
