Due to the unique characteristics of the site, certain parts of the building offer panoramic views of the city from its existing elevation. This inspired us to open up the entire first floor as much as possible, preserving a strong visual connection to the surrounding greenery and untamed nature.

The terrain naturally divides the site into three levels, and the architecture merges with the landscape accordingly:

Level -1 is dedicated to a fitness area and parking space for 16 vehicles.

Level 0 includes restaurant and leisure facilities.

Level +1 is designated as the residential zone.

This approach ensures that the building harmonizes with its environment while maximizing views and functionality across all levels.
