مشروع حائز على المركز الثاني في مسابقة إعادة إعمار غزّة بتنظيم Cairo Urban Studio لعام ٢٠٢٥.

Awarded Second Prize in the Gaza Reconstruction Competition organized by Cairo Urban Studio, 2025.

يأتي هذا المشروع ضمن مبادرة "إعادة إعمار غزة"، ليجسّد إيمانًا عميقًا بدور العمارة في النهوض من تحت الركام، واستعادة الحياة والكرامة في وجه الدمار. تحت شعار "من الركام إلى الإعمار.. حلم جديد ونصر قريب"، يقدم المشروع رؤية عمرانية إنسانية تركّز على بناء مجتمع متماسك، يعيد رسم ملامح الأمل والانتماء. مشروع أصحاب الأرض يستمد قوته من الذاكرة الجمعية والهوية الثقافية، ليعيد تشكيل المكان كرمز للصمود والتجدد.

This project is part of the "Rebuilding Gaza Initiative" and stands as a testament to the transformative power of architecture in the face of devastation. Under the theme "From Rubble to Revival.. A New Dream and a Near Victory", the proposal envisions a resilient, people-centered approach to post-war recovery, where architecture becomes a medium for healing, dignity, and continuity. Rooted in cultural memory and collective identity, People of the Land reclaims space for life, community, and hope.

يقدّم مشروعنا رؤية لوحدة خدمية متكاملة قابلة للتكرار في غزة، تجمع بين الدعم النفسي والصحي خاصة للأطفال، والمرافق التعليمية، والدينية، والاقتصادية، ويتم بناؤها باستخدام ركام المباني المدمرة كرمز للنهوض من الدمار وتجسيدًا للإعمار واستعادة الكرامة من قلب المعاناة.

Our project envisions a replicable, integrated service unit for Gaza that combines psychosocial and medical support—especially for children—with educational, religious, and economic facilities, built using debris from destroyed buildings as a symbol of revival from devastation and a commitment to rebuilding dignity from the heart of suffering.
