Strategically located on a prestigious plot in Pearl Jumeirah, this contemporary villa was designed with a strong focus on luxury, efficiency, and authority compliance.

The project features a bold architectural composition with:💠 A full basement dedicated to wellness and services – including gym, spa, cold pool, garage, and back-of-house functions💠 An expansive ground floor balancing formal spaces and functional zones, structured around dual kitchens, guest hosting, and daily living💠 A first floor layout hosting six ensuite bedrooms designed around circulation voids and privacy zoning💠 A roof level integrating landscaped terraces, outdoor lounge areas, and a jacuzzi, all curated for a high-end leisure experience

As the Design Development Architect, my role was to transform the concept into a comprehensive technical package—covering:

✔ Authority submissions and regulation alignment✔ Area and coverage calculations for GFA, BUA, and FAR compliance✔ Façade development, curtain wall coordination, and glazing ratios✔ Setting out, site integration, and coordination of all external works✔ Cross-discipline coordination (structure, MEP, and landscape) to ensure seamless execution
