超级转转零售空间丨中国北京丨空间站建筑师事务所

“超级转转”是一家大型二手商品仓储店。我们的设计围绕两种感受展开：一是“二手商品”在剥离了品牌包装加持之后的“物之价值”；二是“仓储式”这种陈列空间自带的朴素美感。

“Super Zhuanzhuan” is a large vintage goods storage store. Our design revolves around two considerations: one being the issue of the bare “value of the second-hand goods” in themselves, after they are stripped of the brand packaging; the other being the sober aesthetic of a “warehouse-style” display space.

当原本很昂贵的商品被购买、使用后，再次进入循环，流转到货架上，离开了原先的品牌空间环境，其价格也会相应的降低。我们认为这种价格的变化并非“贬值”，而是一种价值的回归。也就是去除了由“品牌塑造”带来的“故事性的”价值感，回归到物料、手工、设计和功能带来的“物之价值”。

When purchased and used, luxury goods enter a new cycle, leaving their former branded environment to crop up onto shelves, their prices overgoing adjustments accordingly. We believe that a cheaper price does not equal “depreciation”, but is in fact a restitution of value. That is, when “narrative” perception of value brought by “brand building” is excised, the “value of the goods” brought by materials, craftsmanship, design and function may resurface.

而仓库这种平时作为后勤空间而存在的空间类型，其陈列方式完全遵循“功能优先”的原则，并非为了“展示”而是方便“查询”。高密度、强逻辑性的陈列使“商品”回归到“货品”的状态。而作为“仓储设施”存在的货架，也因为去除了“美观”的需求，而回归到“坚固、省料”的状态。在设计货架的过程中，我们也让自己以“结构工程师”的眼光，按照材料最合理的受力方式，来设计最坚固而经济的货架。

The warehouse, a type that usually exists in the realm of logistics, has a method of display that obeying fully to the principle of “function first”, the goal is not to merely “showcase” but to facilitate “search”. A high-density, logically rigorous exhibit makes “merchandise” return to the state of “commodities”. Storage shelves that exist as “warehouse facilities” have also been stripped down to a “sturdy, materials saving” state, where pursuit of “stylish appearance” is no longer needed. In the process of designing the shelves, we embraced a “structural engineers’ ” approach, in order to draw the most solid and economical shelves, while ensuring that materials are in the most satisfactory stress-endurance modality.

场地本身是上世纪50年代的建筑，其结构的尺寸纤细、地面的铺贴十分精致，在多年前一直是售卖稀缺的外贸商品的场所。在这样的空间中置入密集的货架和二手的循环商品，会给顾客带来什么样的新奇感受呢？我们希望是“优雅的素颜”：白色的钢结构体系、牛皮纸制作的“盒子”展示系统，配合明亮的自然光线，让顾客放松、舒适的度过两至三小时的探索旅程。

The site itself is a building from the 1950s. It features slim frames and a delicate flooring. Originally, this was one of the few sites in Beijing where imported goods would be available for sale. What kind of novel experience will be brought to customers by this refurbished store, densely packed with rows of shelves and stocks of vintage goods? We are committed to an elegant, “au naturel” look: white steel frames, a display system of “boxes” made of kraft paper, and a significant amount of sunlight entering the area, so that customers may be able to relax and comfortably spend two to three hours immersed in an exploration tour.

整个场地十分狭长，我们用一条弧线来进行划分，增强了空间的纵深感，同时形成“密集有序的货架区”和“灵活丰富的集市区”两个部分，以对应不同种类的商品陈列模式。我们为两个区域分别设计了固定式和移动式两种货架，它们又同时使用了通用的“A柱”系统，让所有的配件实现互通。▼活动货架及固定货架，fixed display and flexible display©空间站建筑师事务所

The whole site is narrow corridor-like structure. We introduced a curved line to compartmentalize it, enhancing the sense of depth of the space, while creating two sections: a “compact, orderly storage racks area” and a “versatile, thriving market area” to accommodate for various modes of merchandise display. We designed two versions of shelves, fixed and mobile, for the two areas respectively. The shelves operate with the universal “A-pillar” system interchangeably, maintaining interoperability for all accessories.
