Lyncott办公室扩建项目位于一座已有的工业园区内，该公司专注于高品质乳制品的生产。场地中多个体量共存交错，新建部分的介入旨在回应如何在保有工业特质的同时，营造一个宁静、亲近自然的工作环境的挑战。

The expansion project for Lyncott’s offices, a company dedicated to the production of premium-quality dairy products, is situated within a pre-existing industrial complex where various volumes coexist and interact. This new intervention addresses the challenge of balancing the industrial character of the context with a serene environment focused on connecting with nature.

新体量被巧妙地嵌入现有建筑中，设计优先考虑了园区内为数不多的绿地资源的保护。新建筑临近绿地布置，从而营造出一个微气候环境，不仅优化了内部立面观感，也在建筑与景观之间建立起流动而紧密的对话。方案通过CLT（交错层压木）模块结构传达轻盈与通透的特质，与相邻建筑的厚重形象形成鲜明对比，重塑了人们对工业场景的空间感知。

Carefully integrated into one of the existing buildings, the design prioritizes the preservation of one of the few green areas within the complex. The new volume is strategically placed alongside this space, creating a microclimate that enhances the internal facade and establishes a fluid dialogue between architecture and the landscape. The proposal emphasizes lightness and transparency through a modular structure made of CLT (Cross LaminatedTimber), contrasting with the solidity of the adjacent building and redefining the perception of the industrial environment.

由Danpal制造的立面系统成为设计的核心元素，兼具功能性与美学价值。该系统具备卓越的耐候性，能有效过滤紫外线，均匀漫射自然光，同时具备轻质且高度耐用的特性。其半透明特性在引入自然光与调节热能之间实现了理想平衡，有助于营造一个节能、舒适且和谐的办公环境。

The facade, manufactured by Danpal, becomes a central design element, offering numerous functional and aesthetic advantages. The facade system provides excellent weather resistance, filters UV rays, and evenly diffuses natural light, as well as being lightweight and highly durable. lts translucency achieves the perfect balance between light entry and thermal dynamics, contributing to an energy-efficient space with a comfortable and harmonious work environment.

Lyncott introduces a milestone in Mexican architecture by becoming the first building with an all-wood CLT structure the country.This innovative and sustainable material not only offers lightness and strength but also helps mitigate climate change due to its capability to absorb CO2 and its high level of thermal insulation, which reduces the need for artificial climate control and saves energy.
