Archidea has designed a set of modern cottages. The project includes five plots, where contemporary cottages will be built according to the site's specific characteristics.

The project stands out for its use of modern, natural materials, clean linear exteriors, and harmonious integration with the surrounding natural landscape. Each building will feature slightly different architectural styles, adding variety and character to the environment. All units will be unified by spacious yards with views toward the forest and a naturally preserved connection to the nearby river.

Two vehicular bridges provide access to the cottages from the main road. Along the road and at several points across the river, pedestrian bridges are also planned, allowing guests to walk or cycle through the area — enhancing the experience of the natural surroundings and encouraging healthy recreation.
