宁波THE PARK by K11 Select购物艺术中心是新世界中国在宁波落子的首个商业项目，择址三江口核心区——我国最早的四大外滩之一、海上丝绸之路主要港口。它不仅承载历史的厚重，更肩负未来的想象。

Ningbo THE PARK by K11 Select is New World China’s inaugural commercial project in the city, strategically located in the heart of Sanjiangkou—one of China’s earliest historic waterfronts and a key port along the Maritime Silk Road. The project not only embodies the weight of history but also carries the promise of future possibilities.

当商业不再只是“购物空间”，而成为一座城市的地标与情感共鸣点，如何让空间拥有温度？宁波THE PARK by K11 Select提出「一半公园，一半商业」的运营理念，以此，建成了一座涵盖沉浸体验、时尚运动、全龄玩乐、精奢零售、艺术策展等多元业态和体验的综合空间。

When commerce evolves beyond a mere “shopping space” to become a city landmark and a point of emotional resonance, how can we infuse the space with warmth and human connection? THE PARK by K11 Select in Ningbo introduces the operational concept of “Half Park, Half Commerce,” resulting in the creation of a comprehensive space that integrates a diverse array of business formats and experiences, including immersive experiences, trendy sports, all-age recreation, luxury retail, and art curation.

01.从封闭到开放：景观的城市性表达

From Enclosure to Openness: The Urban Expression of Landscape

项目以“POD”（Park x TOD）“公园城市”发展模式，强调景观在城市结构中的开放性与连续性，彻底打破传统商业体内向、封闭的空间组织逻辑。

The project adopts the “POD” (Park x TOD) park-city development model, emphasizing the openness and continuity of the landscape within the urban fabric. It fundamentally redefines the traditional inward-facing and enclosed spatial organization of commercial complexes.

沿街商业界面以植物形成空间软隔断，形成半围合空间，兼顾通透性与领域感。

The streetside commercial frontage employs vegetation to create soft spatial partitions, forming semi-enclosed spaces that balance openness with a sense of territoriality.

入口喷泉结合可调光灯光设计，形成昼夜不同的视觉效果，呈现出港口城市夜间繁华，强调夜经济下的可识别性。

The entrance fountain is integrated with adjustable lighting design to create distinct visual effects between day and night, showcasing the vibrant nightlife of a port city and highlighting its recognizability within the context of the night-time economy.

02.有机交织：艺术、人文与自然商业街

Organic Interweaving: An Artistic, Cultural, and Natural Commercial Street

设计并非将自然景观局限于地面，而是让建筑本身成为自然的一部分，立面设计采用“自然拟态”理念，建筑即景观，自然做立面。

The design does not confine natural landscapes to the ground plane; instead, it integrates architecture as part of nature itself. Embracing the concept of “Biomimicry in Nature,” the façade design allows the building to become a landscape in its own right—where architecture becomes scenery and nature forms the façade.

户外商业空间应用色彩提升场地活力，生态绿植与多巴胺色彩的搭配，让空间在自然与时尚之间找到平衡——清新治愈的「新生代游逸场」。

The outdoor commercial space uses vibrant colors to enhance site vitality. The combination of ecological greenery with dopamine-inspired hues strikes a balance between nature and fashion—creating a refreshing and uplifting “new-generation leisure ground.”

下沉商业区运用镜面水景、点状地灯打造空间宁静感，空间氛围与地面繁华商业形成对比，空间感受更加鲜明立体。

The sunken commercial zone incorporates mirrored water features and dotted ground lighting to evoke a sense of tranquility. This serene atmosphere contrasts with the vibrant commercial activity at street level, creating a more vivid and multi-dimensional spatial experience.

商业入口特色IP形象Koody（小K）增强品牌辨识度，也在情感层面与消费者形成互动与连接。

The distinctive IP character Koody (Little K) at the commercial entrance enhances brand recognition while fostering emotional interaction and connection with consumers.

天空街灯光设计使用动态编程控制，蓝色灯光营造梦幻而富有未来感的夜间氛围。

The lighting design of the Sky Street employs dynamic programming control, with blue lighting creating a dreamy and futuristic nighttime atmosphere.

屋顶花园是绝佳的城市观景机位，吸引了影视公司及游客取景、打卡，设计将类型丰富的乔灌木配搭为芳香花园，供人们与亲朋好友在此放松身心。

The roof garden serves as an ideal urban viewpoint, attracting film crews and tourists for photo opportunities. The design features a diverse mix of trees and shrubs arranged into a fragrant garden, offering a relaxing retreat for visitors to unwind with family and friends.

03.城市里的“呼吸场”：一半公园，一半商业

Urban “Breathing Space”: Half Park, Half Commerce

南侧，一片约4.2万㎡的绿地，是宁波K11送给城市的绿色呼吸场，让商业以“公园”的形式，拥抱城市、自然和人。

To the south lies a 42,000-square-meter green space—a gift from Ningbo K11 to the city—offering a place for urban breathing. Here, commerce embraces the city, nature, and people through the form of a park.

中央艺术公园开放广场，到穿梭其间的连廊、下沉广场，共同构建多层级、可漫游、强渗透的开放性城市界面。

From the open plaza of the Central Art Park to the connecting corridors and sunken square, the design creates a multi-level, walkable, and highly permeable urban interface that fosters openness and connectivity.

多维连廊系统将自然引入商业，通过景观路径连接周边商圈，解决商业动线连续性与流动性的同时，也成为可停留的景观本身。

The multi-dimensional corridor system brings nature into the commercial space, linking surrounding business districts through landscaped pathways. It ensures continuity and fluidity of circulation while also serving as a scenic destination in its own right.

铺装沿用商业空间设计语言——教堂窗花玻璃，彩色光影效果让夜景效果更加惊艳。

The paving design draws from the architectural language of stained glass windows, echoing motifs found in church architecture. The interplay of colorful light and shadow enhances the nighttime ambiance with a striking visual effect.

下沉式汇演广场是多元活动的发生地，从市集到小型演出，连接城市与人群。

The sunken performance plaza serves as a dynamic venue for diverse activities—from markets to small-scale performances—creating a vibrant link between the city and its people.

当连桥广场的樱花林被春风唤醒，粉白色的花瓣如雪纷飞，这里便成了城市最柔软的浪漫据点，连桥如缎带般连接购物中心与樱花林，漫步其上，每一步都像踩在春天的韵律里。

When the cherry blossom grove at the Bridge Plaza is awakened by the spring breeze, petals in shades of pink and white flutter like snow, transforming the space into the city’s most tender and romantic retreat. The bridge, like a ribbon, weaves together the shopping center and the grove—each step across it feels like walking in the rhythm of spring.

宁波K11景观设计的关键词不是浮华的“打卡地”，而是“日常中的惊喜感”；TA不以睥睨的姿态博取眼球，而是以亲切的姿态滋养城市；在这里，艺术不只是被观看，而是被“参与”。这是一次成功的幸福城市商业景观实验——一次关于艺术、人文、自然、商业的综合协调实验。

The landscape design of Ningbo K11 is not centered on superficial “check-in spots,” but on creating a sense of everyday wonder. It does not seek attention through grandeur, but nurtures the city with a sense of warmth and approachability. Here, art is not merely observed—it is actively experienced and engaged with. This is a successful experimental model of a happy city commercial landscape—an integrated exploration in harmonizing art, culture, nature, and commerce.
