德友越接待中心丨二三國際 23Design

友越之光 A Light We Cross Together

本案為德友建設與日本丹下都市建築合作的桃園建案「德友越」我們為其所量身打造的接待中心，採獨棟量體規劃，以挑高立面與通透開窗，迎光納景，打造如高級飯店般的迎賓氛圍。整體設計融合日本建築大師丹下憲孝之現代建築精神，透過克制比例、清朗光線與細膩材質傳達空間的靜與雅。

選用像是被陽光曬過、帶有溫度與自然觸感的陶土紅，搭配木質格柵等日系元素，並大量留白，形塑出極簡、乾淨、細膩卻又溫潤的感覺層次。入口接待以錯位低櫃融合咖啡吧取代傳統櫃台，拉開空間對話的序幕，動線自然展開，引導賓客深入探索。樓梯如展演伸展台般縱深延展，成為視覺與動線的亮點，銜接二樓的樣品屋，強化場域垂直敘事。

此空間不僅是銷售場域，更是一座關於建築美學與服務精神的實驗場，於極簡與詩意之間，體現「建築即款待」的理念本質，也讓建築不只是被觀看，而是被感受；不只承載銷售功能，而是細膩且溫柔的心靈對話。

This project is the reception center we meticulously designed for “Teyou Yue” a Taoyuan development by Teyou Construction in collaboration with Japan’s Tange Associates. The building adopts a freestanding form, with soaring ceilings and transparent façades that invite light and landscape inward evoking the welcoming ambiance of a refined hotel.

The reception merges with a coffee bar in an understated, offset counter, redefining the arrival experience as a spatial dialogue. A staircase, reminiscent of a stage or runway, becomes the vertical spine of the architecture.guiding guests to the second-floor show units and strengthening the narrative of spatial ascent.

This is more than a sales space. It is an architectural experiment in hospitality and beauty. where minimalism meets poetry. Here, architecture is not merely seen but deeply felt; not only a vessel for sales, but a gentle and thoughtful dialogue with the soul.
