In the heart of the Fifth Settelment, in Cairo, Egypt, Right beside a medical compound full of hospitals, clinics and care facilities, standing next to the Air Force hospital, arises a tower that will not only stand to benifet from it's surroundings, but also improve them.

Helix is a medical research center housing over 10,000 sq meters of rentable area, suitable for all needs for almost any medical research company.As medical research is aimed towards the future, so is Helix's design. Centered around sustainability, Helix benifits from the low operating costs provided by it's mindful design that utilizes the site to the fullest. The tower can host all sizes of firms as it's design allows for numerous configirations that can suit any company's needs.

The project is also partially open to the public, for inelluctual and/or entertainment purposes.

The design while centered around environmental design it also brings a wealth of comfort and luxury, with it's open and clear views and many open green areas at various heights.Helix aims to not only be a destination, but a habitat of thought, enlightment and scientific achievements.
