Bespoke Interior Design: Developed a unique design language reflecting the client's lifestyle and preferences, with custom mood boards, material palettes, and spatial concepts. Focused on delivering a seamless aesthetic across formal lounges, bedrooms, majlis, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor areas.

High-End Finishes & Detailing: Selected and specified luxury materials, finishes, and furnishings including custom-made items, hand-picked marbles, bespoke joinery, and imported decorative lighting.

3D Visualization & Technical Documentation: Produced detailed 3D renders, shop drawings, and execution packages for all interior spaces, ensuring accuracy in proportions, alignment with client vision, and execution feasibility.

Site Supervision & Quality Control: Regularly supervised site progress, ensured flawless detailing, and closely monitored the execution of decorative ceiling, flooring inlays, millwork, and custom furniture installation.

FF&E Procurement & Coordination: Managed procurement of high-end furniture and lighting from Italy, Turkey, and China, including luxury fabrics, chandeliers, carpets, and curated art pieces. Coordinated with international vendors for manufacturing, shipping, and installation.
