未来之墟 – AITASHOP骑行空间丨中国北京丨Yatofu Creatives也兜设计

在北京751园区的历史工业遗址中，Yatofu受邀打造AITASHOP全新旗舰空间。设计师以“The Future Ruin未来之墟”作为空间概念，借助时间与记忆的语言，在曾经的国营化工厂建筑中引入当代设计语言，通过概念化的空间重组、装置构架，让骑行文化的当代精神与工业遗存展开一场关于空间、社群与感知的对话。

Yatofu Creatives has unveiled its latest project — a visionary flagship space for AITASHOP, a premium cycling brand with over a decade of influence in the high-end bicycle industry. Located in the culturally rich 751 D·PARK in Beijing, the new space is a compelling fusion of industrial heritage and modern cycling culture, brought to life through Yatofu’s concept for the flagship, titled “The Future Ruin.”

#对骑行文化与社群精神的探索

An exploration of cycling culture and community spirit

自品牌创立以来，AITASHOP深耕高端自行车产业，致力于提供与骑行相关优秀的产品与多样化的服务。秉承这一理念，Yatofu将建筑改造与空间设计视为一次对骑行与社群关系的再构建。项目坐落于历史工业园区核心区域，浸润于独特而悠扬的工业氛围中，团队将一层的建筑空间划分为两个主题区域，分别是“The Garage车库”及“The Experience Hub体验中心”，零散的特别展陈、维修、办公、舆洗等功能区域则分布其间。

始建于1954年的751园区前身是国营751化工厂，是国家“一五” 期间重点建设的156个大型工业项目之一。经历了工业制造与萧条后，整个园区充斥着历史工业的痕迹感，而建筑本身则像一个事物变迁的“静物见证”，透露着场地至日常使用到年久失修的衰败与年代感。因此，如何将场地辐射的工业气息与自行车文化中蕴含的工业制作精密感、曾经的社区属性焕新同时与骑行的提倡的社群感契合，成为本次改造翻新的挑战与亮点。

店铺选址的建筑室内部分由10个脱硫罐包裹围合，内部独特的结构与建筑外立面遍布的绿植藤蔓形成具有冲击力的工业、自然对比感受。经历过时间的洗礼，植物不断生长，鲜活的生命力与蜕变的全新空间为新的社区带来活力生长气息。

This flagship is not merely a retail environment, but a multifunctional experience center that reflects AITASHOP’s deep-rooted dedication to craftsmanship, outdoor living, and community engagement. Yatofu’s design approach draws inspiration from the raw, historical fabric of the site — once the state-run 751 Chemical Plant, a monumental industrial project dating back to China’s First Five-Year Plan in 1954.

#属于社区的聚集中心

From Retail to Ritual: A Living, Breathing Community Center

Yatofu希望将AITASHOP打造成社区的活动中心，不仅售卖各类精选骑行服饰、自行车及零件等，同时提供测量、维修与咖啡休闲，为热爱骑行文化的客群提供最整合、优质的体验，也为751社区的人群提供休闲、享受放松时光的“根据地”。

The interior is divided into two thematic zones: The Garage and The Experience Hub, each supporting a variety of specialized programs including product display, maintenance workshops, bike washing stations, and flexible event areas.

设计师在位于西侧的入口处，将下沉空间的立面打开，创造出一片半室内半室外的三角形空间，自然地形成了一处类似于”Garage车库“型空间，骑行爱好者们自由地推车进入内部，根据自身需求进内部探索；社区的朋友或是客户们也可以随意地在此处设置的咖啡区域喝咖啡交谈，享受惬意一刻。同时，往常被置于角落的技术维修间成为空间的主角，为客户们与工程师们交流打开可能，拉近沟通的距离。

The Garage, situated within a sunken entrance on the building’s west side, introduces a semi-open triangular structure that feels both intimate and expansive. This space functions as a casual entry point where cyclists can wheel in freely, have their bicycles serviced, and engage with mechanics in an open, welcoming setting. The maintenance area, often relegated to the background in typical retail formats, becomes a central feature — fostering transparency and real-time exchange between engineers and customers.

”Garage车库“区域脱离原有空间属性，更像是一个属于社区的公共休闲空间，室内外相连，社区感、群体感在此体现，为每一位来访者提供了更为自恰舒适的探店体验。

More than just a service zone, The Garage acts as a community node — a shared space for neighborhood residents and cycling enthusiasts to gather over coffee, relax, and socialize. Seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor elements, this area reflects AITASHOP’s philosophy of accessibility and lifestyle integration.

#新旧并置，构建“未来之墟”

Materiality: A Dialogue Between the Past and Present

Moving inward, visitors encounter The Experience Hub, an immersive retail zone defined by the dramatic presence of ten towering desulfurization tanks — relics from the site’s industrial past. Rather than concealing these structures, Yatofu chose to preserve their weathered surfaces, using them as sculptural anchors around which new spatial experiences are built.

空间内新置入的建筑材料均为基础性工业材料，让人联想到自行车制作技艺中使用的材料，如不锈钢板、冲孔金属网板和镀锌格栅网。这些新体块的置入，在斑驳的原始建筑结构之间创造出若干个装置构架，让来访者在新旧之间不断穿梭，体验骑行文化的美感，感受往日的工业痕迹与当下精密工业美感的碰撞。同时，来自芬兰的家具品牌Artek的经典座椅与Yatofu定制设计的吧椅点缀其中，为空间增添了一丝自然与温暖。

Materiality plays a key role in this transformation. A refined selection of industrial-grade materials — galvanized mesh, stainless steel, and perforated metal — is layered thoughtfully against the aged textures of the original architecture. The result is a deliberate tension between past and present, roughness and refinement. Between these material interventions, a modular system of display units supports flexible merchandising, creating an “accessory library” that evolves with seasons and product cycles. To soften the environment and invite longer stays, Yatofu incorporated elements of warmth and nature — including Finnish Artek seating and custom bar stools — that subtly contrast with the space’s mechanical backbone. Art installations and thematic pop-ups further enrich the retail journey, allowing the venue to host events and activations that celebrate both product and culture.

作为工业园区图腾般存在的巨大脱硫罐，设计师保留了其原有斑驳肌理，通过架构层架与内部功能的重新置入，使其成为空间中最独特的体验之一。来访者穿行其间，可以感受到场地的原生感，而空间中陈列的自行车及其精密配件，则通过粗粝与精细的对比，进一步加深了感官体验。空间中新置入的装置界定出不同的展览与零售区域，在工业遗址中探索着未来先锋感，同时结合展陈变化使得整个零售区域成为一个新奇有趣的“Experiential Hub体验中心”。

Yatofu’s vision for AITASHOP was not only to create a retail store, but to craft a cultural destination — a base for Beijing’s cycling community and a platform to promote a modern lifestyle grounded in movement, connection, and design. By embracing the site’s industrial past and amplifying AITASHOP’s forward-thinking ethos, the space becomes a microcosm of transformation: where vines grow across rusted steel, where stories live in concrete, and where every visitor becomes part of a shared experience.

Yatofu以工业建筑遗址为容器，嵌入当代的构架装置，引入骑行文化的社群精神与生活方式，重新激活场地的社区属性。通过新与旧、粗粝与精细、过去与未来的层层对话，“未来之墟”既是一次关于时间与记忆的回应，也是一处承载新生活方式的文化据点。

This new flagship redefines the idea of what a cycling store can be. It is a community hub, lifestyle venue, and immersive brand experience, all under one roof — an invitation not just to shop, but to ride, connect, and return.
