“让这座城市绽放”是建在贡马县太田县车站前的一座文化交流设施。太田市的人口约为22万人，每天使用该站的人数超过1万人。但是很少有人走在车站前，购物街是安静的。为突破日本普遍存在的这种局面，建设的目的是在太田站前恢复生机。
