Text description provided by the architects. Beach house built around nature, preserving original elements and providing a unique experience at any time of the year.

The original project had a logic of moving the house away from the woods, leaving the entire social area on the opposite side. However, when taking a walk around and observing the beauty of this forest, the logic was inverted: the house started to be built around nature.

Rooms, halls, bathrooms, leisure area were relocated so that it was possible to have a view of the forest, hear its sounds, feel its humidity and live with its animals. The renovation was carried out with care to preserve the original elements, such as the exposed wooden pilasters.

An important part of the project was not having to choose between the joy of summer or the warmth of winter, the intimacy of a family movie or the togetherness of many friends of all ages. The house has cozy corners and large spaces to gather, allowing people to enjoy the forest at any time of the year. The experience is complete: waking up early and seeing the forest, sleeping late and listening to it.
