recently shared an update on their ONEHUNDREDONM Project showcasing the steady progress of the mixed-use development.

Designed for Blok Living, the seven-storey mixed-use development in Cape Town will feature retail and commercial spaces at street level, with residential units above. Set in the vibrant coastal area of Sea Point Main Road, the design reimagines a Victorian-era building for modern use – blending heritage with contemporary architecture.
