A mixed-use building with 375 dwelling units, a 2-story open-air garage, and 62,633 SF of retail space. A public courtyard elevated above the street level and a small park space at the corner of the main intersection of the neighborhood are apart of the aim to the revitalize downtown Phoenixville.
