, Pata 4 Two is a collaboration between Hive Earth and

Orthner Orthner & Associates

to deliver an affordable 3 bedroom home, priced at $15 000.

The architects have shared images and a short video of the construction process. Though delayed by the COVID lockdown in Ghana, the project is progressing well. The rammed earth walls appear finished with window frames installed and works on the roof almost complete. OOA’s philosophy of “small, simple, local” is embodied within the project and we’re keen to see how the final build turns out. Stay tuned.
