“Dancing Flame”: an asymmetric pavilion

finalized the construction of cultural pavilion “Flame” in the Polish town of Jora (Zory). The city’s name in Russian means “fire, fire”, as for its foundation was burned down the whole forest. This fact prompted the architects to the idea of ​​creating a structure in the form of flames.

The building consists of three structures asymmetrically attached to each other.

The base of the pavilion is made of reinforced concrete structure, and the facade is sheathed copper finned plates, bright shining in the sun.
