Vinz spent a year stalling, wasting time and money and stressing out before meeting Mike on a football pitch and learning he was a construction professional. Mike took charge of the refurbishment project of Vinz’ London flat, and delivered a superior quality job in 8 weeks.

During the time spent together on the site, they kept sharing ideas on what a really successful innovative construction business should be.

They soon realised they could make it happen, and leverage their experience to change the construction industry and introduce an entirely new approach.

And they founded houseUP, the digital construction company.
