Malvas 59住宅丨墨西哥丨Estudio Radillo Alba

这是一个住宅项目，位于市郊的一个封闭社区内。1400 平方米的转角地块两侧种植着杜鹃和槐树。

This is a residential project located in a gated community on the outskirts of the city. The 1,400 m² corner lot is flanked by casuarinas and jacarandas.

该地块上有两座建筑，分别是一座建于20世纪70年代和2000年之后的独立住宅。该项目通过增加露台和花园、重新配置室内空间，以及采用主动和被动可持续技术（如雨水收集、交叉通风、太阳能电池板和 LED 照明），对两座建筑进行干预。

Two structures occupy the site, each housing a separate residence—one built in the 1970s and the other after2000. The project involved intervening in both volumes by adding terraces and gardens, reconfiguring interiorspaces, and equipping both homes with active and passive sustainable technologies, such as rainwater harvesting, cross ventilation, solar panels, and LED lighting.

设计的花园环绕着庄园，与现有的树木融为一体，由于其高度，最大限度地减少了两栋住宅内部的交叉视线。在结构上，房屋采用承重墙和轻质坡屋顶。屋顶的一半通过瓦片将雨水引到地面，另一半则通过新加的护栏将雨水留住，然后将雨水引到一个雨水收集池。

The designed gardens surround the property, integrating the existing trees and— thanks to their height—minimizing cross-views into the interiors of both homes. Structurally, the house is built with load-bearing walls and a lightweight pitched roof. One half of the roof channels rainwater through its tiles to  the ground, while the other half retains water with newly added parapets, which then direct it to a rainwater harvesting cistern.

从外观上看，墙体由火山石基座（该地区常见的基座）砌成，顶部是混凝土梁。固定在立面上的小雨篷可以控制室内的太阳辐射，并通过雨链将屋顶上的水引入蓄水池。

Visually, the walls rise from a volcanic stone base—common in the region—and are topped with concrete beams. Small canopies anchored to the façades control solar gain inside and, through rain chains, help direct water from the rooftop to the cisterns.

错落有致的体量为花园、入口、停车场和露台创造了空间。这些露台从内部折叠起来，成为房屋和花园之间的铰链，为餐厅、浴室和卧室创造了开放式的延伸空间。

The staggered volumes create space for gardens, entrances, parking areas, and terraces. These terraces, which unfold from the interior, act as a hinge between the house and the garden, creating open extensions of the dining room, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
