当空间成为生活的舞台，设计便是最优雅的导演。本案以现代轻奢为基调，为年轻夫妇与未来家庭构画一座“生活分层剧场”——简约中见精致，轻奢里藏温度，每一层空间都承载着不同的生活场景，互不干扰却又和谐统一。

When space becomes the stage of life, design emerges as its most graceful director.

This project adopts a modern luxury aesthetic to craft a "layered theater of life" for a young couple and their future family—where simplicity meets sophistication, and understated luxury holds warmth. Each level of the space carries distinct living scenarios, harmoniously unified yet carefully secluded from one another.

REMODEL

户型改造：原始建筑骨架被赋予新的叙事逻辑

原始格局虽功能完备，却少了那份专属定制的精致与层次：空间划分略显生硬，功能区域间缺乏流畅的互动，轻奢格调的营造尚待点睛之笔。

设计师以敏锐的洞察力捕捉业主需求，将每一层设计精妙布局：

· 一层是会客的社交舞台：客餐厅以同色系墙板与柜体延展视觉，圆弧过渡弱化边界，无主灯设计让空间更显通透。深色点缀如跳跃的音符，为简约注入灵动。

· 二层预留给老人与未来的孩童：儿童房预留成长弹性，适老化细节隐于简约之中。

· 三层是专属的私密领域：主卧套房与电竞房相邻，科技感与轻奢质感碰撞，满足年轻夫妇的个性需求。

· 功能至上的隐形秩序

独立衣帽间与电竞房精准呼应需求；厨房以“上深下浅”的配色拔高空间，开放格打破沉闷；卫生间以浅色调铺陈舒适动线。玄关与过道的集合形切割墙面，让归家第一眼便充满艺术张力。

Although the initial layout was fully functional, it lacked the exquisite touch and layered sophistication of bespoke design: the spatial divisions appeared somewhat rigid, and there was a lack of smooth interaction between functional areas, while the creation of a light luxury ambiance still awaited the finishing touches.

The designer, with keen insight, captured the homeowners’ needs and meticulously planned the layout for each floor:

· The first floor serves as a social stage for receiving guests: The dining and living areas extend the visual field with wall panels and cabinets in the same color scheme. The rounded transitions soften the boundaries, and the ceiling without a main light fixture makes the space appear more open and airy. Dark accents, like leaping notes, infuse vitality into the simplicity.

· The second floor is reserved for the elderly and future children: The children’s room is designed with flexibility for growth, while age-appropriate details are seamlessly integrated into the simplicity.

· The third floor is an exclusive private realm: The master bedroom suite is adjacent to the e-sports room, where a collision of tech-inspired elements and light luxury textures meets the personalized needs of the young couple.

· Invisible order prioritizing functionality：The independent walk-in closet and e-sports room precisely cater to specific needs; the kitchen elevates the space with a "dark top, light bottom" color scheme, and open shelves break the monotony; the bathroom features a light color palette that creates a comfortable flow. The geometrically-cut walls in the foyer and hallway offer an artistic flair at first glance upon returning home.

LIVING ROOM

客厅：块面与弧线的共生

步入客厅，现代轻奢的质感扑面而来。墙面与柜体延续同色系美学，块面化的处理手法赋予空间雕塑般的立体感。圆弧转角悄然软化几何的冷峻，光影在哑光与高光材质间游走，织就深浅交织的层次。深色局部点缀，如同乐章中的重音，让整体氛围沉稳而不失活力。无主灯的悬浮感设计，进一步强化挑高优势，让会客时光更显从容大气。

Stepping into the living room, the essence of modern light luxury greets you with open arms.

The walls and cabinets continue the aesthetic of a unified color scheme, with block-like treatments endowing the space with a sculptural three-dimensionality. The rounded corners subtly soften the austerity of geometric forms, while light and shadow dance between matte and glossy materials, weaving a tapestry of layered depths.

Dark accents, like accents in a musical composition, lend a stable yet vibrant tone to the overall ambiance. The floating design without a main light fixture further accentuates the advantage of the high ceiling, making moments of socializing appear even more leisurely and grand.

RESTAURANT

餐厅：同色延展，共享温馨

餐厅延续客厅的块面语言，却以圆桌凝聚家的温度。天然石材台面与金属底座构成刚柔对比，餐椅的细腻质感平衡了直线的冷硬。晨光中，这里是咖啡香弥漫的早餐角；夜幕下，灯光在深色玻璃柜门上折射出星点璀璨，一场烛光晚餐便有了轻奢的注脚。

The dining room carries on the block-like design language of the living room, yet uses a round table to gather the warmth of home. The natural stone tabletop and metal base create a contrast between rigidity and softness, while the delicate texture of the dining chairs balances the cold hardness of the straight lines. In the morning light, this place becomes a breakfast nook filled with the aroma of coffee; at nightfall, the lights refract sparkling points of brilliance off the dark glass cabinet doors, adding a touch of light luxury to a candlelit dinner.

BEDROOM

卧室：轻奢私域，以设计对话梦境

当城市灯火渐次熄灭，卧室便成为灵魂的栖息地——这里不追逐潮流，只忠于居住者的本真需求。

主卧

极简的石膏线条在天花勾勒出几何韵律，与墙面哑光烤漆饰面形成微妙的光影对话。午夜蓝软包床头犹如展馆中央的艺术装置，意大利小牛皮材质在嵌入式灯带的晕染下，呈现出丝绸般的渐变光泽。窗户旁，一把深蓝色的单人沙发椅静静伫立，与床头的色彩相呼应，形成和谐的整体。窗外的景色透过轻薄的窗帘若隐若现，白天，阳光洒入，为空间带来温暖与明亮；夜晚，月光倾泻，营造出静谧而浪漫的氛围。在这里，主人可以尽情享受独处的时光，阅读一本好书，品味一杯香茗，让思绪在宁静中飘荡。

长辈房

当暮色四合，这方私域便奏响轻奢的夜曲。极简的竖纹背景墙在嵌入式灯带的晕染下，犹如月光下的竖琴琴弦，投射出韵律般的光影。床具是空间的主角，柔和的棕色床头与浅灰色的床品相得益彰，细腻的材质传递出温暖与舒适的触感。

As the city lights gradually fade out, the bedroom becomes a sanctuary for the soul—a place that doesn’t chase trends but remains loyal to the authentic needs of its occupants.

In the master bedroom, minimalist plaster lines on the ceiling sketch out geometric rhythms, engaging in a subtle dialogue of light and shadow with the matte lacquer finish on the walls. The midnight blue upholstered headboard stands like an art installation at the center of an exhibition hall, with the Italian calfskin material taking on a silk-like gradient sheen under the soft glow of the recessed lighting. By the window, a deep blue armchair stands quietly, echoing the color of the headboard to form a harmonious whole. Through the sheer curtains, the view outside is partially visible; during the day, sunlight pours in, bringing warmth and brightness to the space; at night, moonlight cascades down, creating a tranquil and romantic atmosphere. Here, the homeowner can fully enjoy solitary moments, reading a good book or savoring a cup of tea, allowing thoughts to wander in peace.

In the elder’s room, as dusk falls, this private domain plays a nocturne of light luxury. The minimalist vertical-striped accent wall, bathed in the soft glow of recessed lighting, resembles the strings of a harp under moonlight, casting rhythmic patterns of light and shadow. The bed is the focal point of the space, with a soft brown headboard complementing light gray bedding, the delicate materials conveying a warm and comfortable touch.

ESPORTS GAMING ROOM

电竞房：赛博朋克的激情释放

荧光蓝与暗黑基调碰撞出未来感，线性灯光如数据流般穿透空间。这里不仅是游戏战场，更是个性精神的具象化——当灯光随节奏变幻，科技感与轻奢材质奇妙共存。

The clash between fluorescent blue and a dark base tone creates a futuristic vibe, with linear lights piercing through the space like streams of data. This is not just a gaming battlefield, but a concrete manifestation of individuality—when the lights shift with the rhythm, a wonderful coexistence of tech-inspired elements and light luxury materials emerges.

最终，这个家如同一部精心编排的三幕剧：社交、休憩、激情，在垂直分层中各得其所。当设计以减法思维做加法，生活便自然流淌出高级感——不刻意炫耀，却处处经得起细节的凝视。

Ultimately, this home resembles a meticulously choreographed three-act play: socializing, relaxation, and passion each find their rightful place within the vertically stratified space. When design employs a subtractive mindset to achieve additive results, a sense of sophistication naturally permeates daily life—unpretentious yet standing up to scrutiny in every detail.
