The designs by SPACELAB have been highly recommended by major interior design portals such as Arch Daily, Design Milk and Elle Decoration. The story of the studio’s success dates back to 2001 when Agnieszka Deptuła – an architect by education with a diploma obtained in Poznań – decided to pursue a career in interior design and set up her own studio. Her inspiration for her constant research comes from a variety of fields: from art, fashion and design, through nature and the interesting hotels she visits, to her clients’ passions. She believes being a good architect requires nurturing creativity, openness and attention to detail.

The SPACELAB studio specialises in interior design in a modern style. The studio’s extensive portfolio includes residential interiors of all sizes, from bedsits to premium mansions. One of the most interesting cases is the recently decorated interior of a 400-square-metre house in Garby near Poznań. The investors were looking for an architect to create a glamour-style home, but during the course of the work, the design aesthetic evolved towards sophisticated quiet luxury interiors.

In addition to creating residential interiors, SPACELAB also specialises in the design of offices and the interiors of gyms and fitness clubs. These are special projects that require not only creativity, but also precise planning and interbranch cooperation. In these cases, it clearly pays off that Agnieszka Deptuła is not only a designer, but also an architect with technical training. The studio’s greatest pride is the prestigious project of a fitness club, gym and spa in one – GO PORT Śrem.
