HYLLA WULU乌鲁花园丨中国丽江丨Z’scape致舍景观

自2019年起，致舍景观在丽江玉龙雪山山麓下的HYLLA物与岚酒店公区陆续开展了一系列景观设计实践。其中，高山花园、荒野花园和草甸剧场以面向玉龙雪山和白沙古镇的开放视野空间，成为花园与社交生活的核心区域。在它们的后方，苍郁的群山褶皱带来葱郁的草木与丰沛的雨水，沿着雨水汇集而来的方向溯源而上，则可深入原生山林。WULU乌鲁花园（与纳西语“雪山”同音）便选址于此，远眺玉龙雪山、近拥山林溪流，与自然亲密无间。场地内，一条西北-东南走向的水渠穿行而过，汇聚雪山的融雪与雨水，滋养山下田野；原生密林投下斑驳树影，将场地与远山相连。不同于在城市中的建造，WULU乌鲁花园更像是嵌入山麓的画面一角，面向自然敞开怀抱。在这里，景观营造不再局限于边界范围内的自我表达，而是通过与真山真水及原生山林的交融，探索另一种在自然之中营造的可能性。

Since 2019, Z’scape has designed a series of landscapes for HYLLA Lijiang’s outdoor spaces. The Alpine Garden, Wilderness Garden and Amphitheater form the social core, framing views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Baisha ancient town. Behind them, mountain folds rich with vegetation guide rainwater into pristine forests. Here lies WULU Garden (echoing the Naxi word for “snow mountain”), where snowmelt channels nourish fields beneath dappled forest light. Unlike urban projects, this foothill sanctuary blends seamlessly with its mountain-water context, redefining nature-immersive design.

WULU乌鲁花园区域占地6000平米，原状是倚靠在山林和水渠边一片高低不平的荒地，场地东西高差有5米。我们完整保留了这条承载雪山融冰的老水渠，通过清除杂木局部修复、用叠台处理高差并补植蕨类等植物，待绿意蔓延覆盖，水渠呈现出自然山溪的质感，也让场地的边界消融在自然之中。设计在水渠上架拱桥，将山林与场地连接。纤细的扶手既指引“去山”的路径，也将自然山水引入了人境，成为了花园的西南入口所在。而东北入口则保留原生山林风貌，步道依地势蜿蜒而上。

The 6,000㎡ WULU Garden was originally uneven terrain beside a mountain forest and water channel, with a 5m east-west elevation difference. We preserved the glacial meltwater channel, clearing weeds and reinforcing it with terraced ferns. Over time, the channel naturally blended into the landscape like a mountain stream. An arched bridge connects the forest to the garden, its slender railings guiding visitors “to the mountains” while framing the southwest entrance. The northeast entrance maintains the wild forest atmosphere, with a path winding up the slope.

花园的核心建筑是WULU GALLERY，这座以纳西语WULU乌鲁（意为”雪山”）命名的建筑，谦逊地嵌入在原场地与酒店区域的高差之中。建筑首层一半为室内展览活动空间，一半是架空的灰空间；二层为可上人观赏的水平屋顶。

景观空间根据不同的高程和与建筑的位置关系可分为：浅汀、曲涧、方池三个区域，以山林为骨、花木成韵、水石含灵，共契林泉雅趣。浅汀作为空间序章，位于小桥入口处，是一方被葱茏花木环抱的浅池。自然式草坡以柔和的曲线消弭水陆界限，点缀的置石、摇曳的草木和潋滟的水光在此交织。植物的季相变化也为草坡覆上细腻肌理，令石和水的结构愈显清朗。在深郁的山林背景前，雨季的百子莲悠然绽放，如静谧中灵动的恬淡星光。

The landscape unfolds in three terraced areas: Shallow Shoal, Winding Stream, and Square Pond. Together they create a harmonious blend of forest, plants, water and stone. Near the bridge entrance, Shallow Shoal’s grassy slopes gently meet a reflecting pool, where placed stones and seasonal plants create ever-changing textures. Against the mountain backdrop, summer agapanthus bloom like stars in the landscape.

曲涧静卧于建筑后庭与水渠之间，是一泓自由形态的池水。设计上在狭小的空间里留有余地，以空代满，让留白处皆有遐想。曲涧周边种植高挑的观赏草，营造蒹葭随风的水岸意境，既围合出流动的空间边界，又时时透出远山叠翠，与周边的自然环境融为一体。池中一枚天然叠石，远望若矶石卧波，将视线自苍郁山林引向空明水境。一株探水梨树斜倚岸边，与一片石岛相映，共筑水庭“疏影横斜水清浅”的清雅风骨。尺山寸水，纳天光云影，意趣深远。

建筑底层的架空灰空间是曲涧的延伸，砾石铺底，以置石和苔藓延续湖岛雅趣。结构柱廊被巧妙转化为休憩空间，玻璃砖墙如悬于楼层间的屏风，西侧草坡上孤植树将虬枝疏影勾勒其上，随天光流转而变幻。

The building’s elevated ground floor extends this atmosphere with gravel paving, mossy stones, and structural columns repurposed as seating. A glass-brick wall acts as a translucent screen, casting shadows of a solitary tree’s branches from the western slope—shifting with the daylight.

艺术馆屋顶之上，一方静水悄然铺展。用当地黑石垒砌的石墙规整地勾勒出屋顶空间的边界，一展“窄门”轻启，连通内外世界。方池以简约的设计将视线从屋顶引入远处的山林和雪山，同时也揽远山倒影入怀，模糊了人工与自然的界限。池畔设坐凳小憩，可静赏这止水涵虚、流云天光、青山扑面。池中只设一枚叶片状的石块，在水中若隐若现，静夜有水澄月现，雨中则如海渡舟，是“心造万境”的理趣。

A still rectangular pool on the rooftop, edged with local black stone, blurs boundaries between architecture and nature. Its minimalist design draws the eye toward distant peaks while cradling their mirrored forms. A single leaf-shaped stone emerges subtly from the water—by night reflecting the moon, by rain resembling a lone boat—inviting contemplation of the infinite within the intimate. A bench offers pause to absorb this meditative interplay of light, clouds, and mountains.

WULU乌鲁花园以“借景”之法，将玉龙雪山的远岫、近处山林的翠色、天空流云的变幻，皆纳为园中画卷；让有限的人工园景与无限的自然山水形成对话，突破了用地的局限，与园外天地之景融为一体。也以“框景”之妙，在廊柱方寸间定格曲涧蒹葭；在保留大树的树干间形成“画框”，于古木虬枝中裁取云天一角。这是对观者视线的引导，也是自然野趣与人工匠心的结合。在这里，园景不再是孤立的存在，而是通过“借”与“框”的辩证关系，实现与天地之风景共生共融。

WULU Garden employs the classical Chinese technique of“borrowed scenery”, integrating distant views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, nearby lush forests, and drifting clouds into its composition. This dialogue between crafted gardens and boundless nature transcends spatial constraints, merging the site with its surroundings. Meanwhile,“framed scenery”captures poetic vignettes—reeds along winding streams glimpsed through columns, or a slice of sky framed by ancient tree branches. These techniques guide the viewer’s gaze, blending wild nature with human artistry. Here, the garden exists not in isolation but as a symbiotic interplay of borrowed and framed landscapes.

“拟入画中行”

与日式枯山水的静观冥想不同，WULU乌鲁花园追求的是“拟入画中行”的沉浸式体验。在这里，设计并非仅以沙喻海、以石为岛来隐喻自然意象，而是通过游览路径，引导观者步入展开的山水画卷。地势起伏，临水绕石，步移景异，使人成为画中游者。这种体验超越了静赏，是一种身体与空间、视线与景深的诗意对话——这正契合中国古典园林中“疏密得宜、曲折尽致、眼前有景”的空间法则与“可行可望，可游可居”的审美理想，让山水意境在行走体验中自然生发。这种与枯山水不同的营造哲学，也正是中国传统自然观的当代演绎。

Unlike Japanese dry gardens designed for static contemplation, WULU Garden invites immersion—” Walking into a Painting ” Rather than symbolizing nature with raked gravel and stones, it guides visitors through unfolding landscapes. Elevation shifts, waterside paths, and ever-changing vistas transform viewers into active participants within a living artwork. This experience transcends passive observation, creating a poetic exchange between body and space, sight and depth—embodying Chinese garden principles of“balanced density, intricate rhythm, and unfolding views”. It realizes the ideal of“traversable, viewable, livable scenery”，where mountain-water poetry emerges through movement. This philosophy contrasts sharply with dry gardens, offering a contemporary interpretation of China’s traditional reverence for nature.

现代简约 自然朴拙

Modern Simplicity, Natural Rusticity

WULU乌鲁花园以石、水、草、木为基本元素，通过在地朴素的选材与凝练克制的设计手法，用现代主义语言诠释“去繁就简”的传统智慧。同时，也有“竹窗虚白”——应用玻璃砖引入自然光影，以及抽象写意的“一卷代山，一勺代水”，这些含蓄的表达既呈现现代的简约纯粹，又保留自然的原始朴拙，唤起观者心灵的平静与共鸣。

WULU Garden employs stone, water, grass, and wood as its fundamental elements. Through locally sourced materials and restrained design, it interprets traditional “less is more” wisdom with modernist clarity. Techniques like using glass bricks to filter light and abstract representations of mountains and waters achieve minimalist purity while preserving nature’s raw authenticity—evoking quiet contemplation.

在纳西族的传统信仰中，“立木”与“立石”承载着深厚的文化意涵——它们既是先祖与神灵的化身，也是人和自然沟通的媒介。这些静默孤置的石与木因此也具有独特的神性特质，引导人们以谦逊之心凝神观照。

心中丘壑 林泉匠意

“Crafted Nature”

“仁者乐山，智者乐水”——中国人对山水的喜爱与哲思，早已融入民族文化的血脉。“林泉之志，烟霞之侣，梦寐在焉”的山水理想在流传千年的山水画中获得了永恒的生命。从范宽《溪山行旅图》的雄浑天地，到马远《水图》之空灵墨韵，再到倪瓒《容膝斋图》的疏淡隐逸，丈山尺树寸马分人，历代画家以笔墨构建起一个“可望可游可居”山水世界和精神家园。在WULU乌鲁花园的营造中，致舍保持对丽江独特的气候地貌水文植被和纳西民族文化的调研和思考，让营造的景观具备地域性；秉持“以古为新”的理念，积极探索以现代主义的设计语言演绎本土地域文化的实践路径，运用在地材料与当代工艺，追求“将人工与自然融合成为一个有机的艺术整体”，让山水精神转化和凝聚在为当代人可体验、可感知的空间场景和叙事之中。归老林泉虽是旧日文人的理想，而今日设计师寄托自然情怀与专业用心的“林泉匠意”却从未消逝，只是语境变迁，如同古木新枝，在时代的土壤中自然生长；也不拘泥于历史图像的范式，带着每片土地独有的自然文化印记，不断延展。漫游山林之间，人与自然、土地发生安静的、持久的连结；向内探求，心中丘壑；以具身感知，抵达精神自足。自林间一隅，方见万千世界。

“Mountains delight the virtuous, waters please the wise” – this ancient Chinese ideal comes alive at WULU Garden. Inspired by classical landscape paintings, we’ve reinterpreted the traditional “Woods and Springs” aesthetic for modern times. Z’scape grounds its design in Lijiang’s unique climate, hydrology, and Naxi culture, ensuring regional authenticity. Embracing “renewing tradition through modernity,” it employs local materials and contemporary techniques to fuse human craft with nature into an organic artistic whole—translating ancient mountain-water philosophy into tangible, experiential spaces. Though retiring to nature was a scholar’s bygone dream, today’s designers continue this “crafted nature” spirit in evolved forms—not replicating historical motifs, but letting each site’s natural-cultural imprint guide fresh expressions. Wandering these woods, one forges quiet bonds with land; turning inward, discovers inner world; through bodily engagement, reaches spiritual fulfillment. Within a forest fragment, the cosmos unfolds.
