At first glance, his house looks big.  It is because its orientation is a landscape that’s why it looks wide from its frontage.  But it has actually two standard size rooms that are neatly packed inside the house. It is not really that house with a spacious living room.  It employs minimalism to make full use of available space.

The bedrooms are of standard size. They are not too big and not too small.  If you want to have more space in your room, you can build hanging cabinets to put your stuffs into. At least you have free space in the floor and you can put a table in a corner or a chair.

You won’t need a big budget to build this house. You can actually start with 15,000 dollars and this will finish the structure of the house. To make it livable, you need to spend another 10,000 dollarss for the water and light system.
