Located on a private acreage along the Nerang River in South East Queensland, this beautiful ranch by luxury Gold Coast builders Tomkins Constructions feels worlds away from the busy Gold Coast perfectly fitting in with the natural landscape.

This expansive farm style residence includes five bedrooms, each with an en-suite, and a powder room, with design inspiration drawn from a large, ancient tree that was existing on the property. This tree, symbolizing “the source of life,” serves as the heart of the home. The layout emphasises symmetry, dividing the house into two prominent luxury wings with spacious courtyards at the front and back, reminiscent of a New Zealand Jack’s Point-inspired design.

The interior continues this theme, with a palette of moody, masculine tones enhanced by copper fittings and subtle textures.
