House of the Seven : A project aimed to design a home that responds to the needs of the Emirati family through a balanced approach that merges comfort and functionality, while respecting the privacy and natural context of the site. Design is rooted in principles of sustainability and adaptation to the hot, arid climate. as well as minimized direct openings, incorporated shaded areas, and ensured natural ventilation by Green elements that integrate throughout the house to become part of daily life, bringing a sense of cozy calm and connection to nature. and create spaces encourage family interaction, offering both communal gathering areas and private zones .Aesthetically, we embraced simple architectural forms that resonate with the natural simplicity of the surroundings while reflecting a forward-looking spirit .

Wooden lattice screens were installed to filter sunlight and add a warm, natural texture to the space. Mounted on overhead two sliding tracks, the screens can be optionally positioned to cover either the shaded outdoor area or the living room facade, offering flexibility in privacy and sun control according to the user’’s needs while adding a minimal aesthetic .allowing shaded area to function as intimate part of the interior when closed and to dissolve into landscape when opened .
