Hava, meaning breeze, is a resort concept rooted in the cultural and environmental identity of Al-Ahsa. The design blends traditional architecture with modern spatial experiences, creating a destination that feels both timeless and grounded.

The project features a series of private villas, an administrative building, a traditional tent, and curated activity zones including pottery, archery, bread-making, and open landscape areas — all arranged to evoke a sense of discovery and connection.

Local materials such as terracotta and limestone were chosen to reflect the region’s palette and construction traditions, while the overall form language reinterprets heritage through a contemporary lens.
