半屏山，位于温州瓯江口外的洞头区，山体如屏，横断大海，气势雄浑，崖壁陡峭。其主景位于东南断崖之上，被誉为“神州海上第一屏”。本案的项目——甜梦·逢时民宿，便坐落在这片海岛景区之中。背山面海，坐拥一线海景，观海、靠海、吃海…

Banping Mountain, located in Dongtou District, outside the Mouth of Oujiang River in Wenzhou, is a majestic mountain with steep cliffs that cut across the sea. Its main scenery is located on the southeast cliff, which is known as “the first screen in the sea of China”. The project of this case, —— Sweet Dreams Homestay, is located in this island scenic area. With mountains behind and sea in front, it has a first-class view of the sea, watching the sea, leaning on the sea, eating the sea…

01.飘落海边的蒲公英

Dandelions falling to the seaside

初见这栋建筑时，它以朴厚稳重的姿态立于海岸之上，承载着在地建造的记忆与时间的沉淀。然而，在这片以风与自由为语言的海岛上，它显得内敛克制。不似岛上自由生长的花草，也难以与迎面吹来的海风对话。

When first encountering this architectural marvel, it stands majestically on the coastline with its unadorned grandeur, embodying the enduring legacy of local craftsmanship and the passage of time. Yet in this island where wind and freedom reign supreme, it reveals a restrained elegance. Unlike the freely blooming flora that thrives here, it remains silent to the sea breeze that constantly brushes past its walls.

业主是一位温柔浪漫的女性，她希望这不仅是一栋民宿建筑，更是一段充满故事、承载记忆的空间旅程。于是我们想象：

The owner is a gentle and romantic woman, who hopes that this will not only be a homestay building, but also a space journey full of stories and memories. So we imagine:

一颗颗飞行中的蒲公英种子，轻盈、自由，在海风中缓缓落在半屏岛的沙滩上，最终成为这“甜美的梦境”。

A seed of dandelion in flight, light and free, slowly fell on the beach of Banping Island in the sea breeze, and finally became this “sweet dream”.

通过片状弧线型的材质重塑建筑的表皮，如同一片片蒲公英花瓣轻盈地飘浮在海岸线，随风轻摆。

The surface of the building is reshaped by a sheet of curved material, like dandelion petals floating lightly on the coastline and swaying in the wind.

整体以米白色为主色调，铺陈出温暖柔和的气息。

The overall tone is mainly beige, spreading out a warm and soft atmosphere.

我们保留并利用了当地特有的石墙、石垦等原始材料，将在地文化融入设计语言中，建筑与岛屿关系于自然中表达真实。

We reserve and utilize the local unique stone walls, stone reclamation and other primitive materials, integrate the local culture into the design language, and express the relationship between the building and the island in nature.

02.一次重获力量的偶遇

A chance encounter that regains strength

民宿整体面朝大海，呈一线排布结构，多数房间直面大海。从窗户远眺，右侧是七彩洞头，面前是人文渔港，左侧则是无边海水。从外观的轻盈延伸至内里的通透，空间与自然彼此开放、彼此回应。夜宿海边，仰望着满天星斗、听着海浪声渐渐入眠。甜美梦境中的人生风景，都是旅途中的探索自我、更了解自己的无价经验。

The whole homestay faces the sea in a line, and most of the rooms face the sea directly. From the window, the right side is the colorful cave, the front is the cultural fishing port, and the left side is the boundless sea. From the lightness of the exterior to the transparency of the interior, space and nature are open to each other and respond to each other. At night, I slept by the sea, looking up at the stars and listening to the sound of the waves. The scenery of life in sweet dreams is the priceless experience of exploring and understanding myself during the journey.

走进甜梦·逢时的一楼，如同进入一颗蒲公英种子的柔软内核。拱形天花的柔光向内倾斜，为空间带来建筑性的包裹感。接待前台用米白色石材打磨出圆润的边角，如同一颗刚落地的蒲公英种子，轻轻停驻，迎接每一位归来的旅人。

Stepping into the first floor of Sweet Dream, one feels as if entering the tender core of a dandelion seed. The arched ceiling’s soft light tilts inward, creating an architectural embrace that envelops the space. The reception desk features rounded edges crafted from beige stone, resembling a freshly landed dandelion seed gently resting to welcome every returning traveler.

前厅右侧展开，是面朝海岸的半开放式咖啡餐厅。大面积落地窗引入海平线与天空的层次，让阳光、空气与海的律动成为空间一部分。

On the right side of the front hall, there is a semi-open coffee restaurant facing the coast. Large floor-to-ceiling Windows introduce the layers of horizon and sky, making sunlight, air and the rhythm of the sea part of the space.

餐厅内设两组座位区：一侧为定制长条卡座，墙面装饰抽象纹理挂毯，宛如蒲公英花瓣的轨迹。另一侧为临窗吧台，面对港口与海天交界。傍晚时分，捧一杯咖啡，坐在这里看日落入海，足以收藏一整个黄昏的温柔。

The restaurant features two distinct seating zones: A custom-designed elongated bar with walls adorned with abstract tapestries that mimic the delicate patterns of dandelion petals. The other side showcases a window-facing bar counter overlooking the harbor and the horizon. As dusk falls, sipping coffee here while watching the sun dip into the sea creates a scene that perfectly captures the gentle beauty of twilight.

拾级而上，M夹层休息区是旅途的过渡驿站。通透视野可俯瞰一层，也可眺望海岸。内设沙发卡座，旅客在悬浮感中实现情绪切换与节奏放缓。

Climbing the steps, the M mezzanine lounge serves as a transitional stop on the journey. With a transparent view overlooking the ground floor and the coast, the lounge features sofa lounges where passengers can switch moods and slow down their pace in a floating sensation.

另设茶室、活动室、棋牌室等功能区域，门口指示牌特别标注了浪漫诗行作为引导，为动线注入情绪记忆点，让每一处转角都更具期待。

In addition, functional areas such as tea room, activity room and chess room are set up. The sign at the entrance is specially marked with romantic poems as a guide to inject emotional memory points into the movement line and make every corner more exciting.

03.一场睡不醒的梦

A dream from which I can’t wake up

我们始终相信，浪漫不止于表面，从空间到细节，都在讲述一个关于蒲公英旅程的故事。从一楼的开放与互动步入更静谧的楼层，二至五层是民宿的客房区域。海天如幕，我们通过大面积落地窗最大化引入海景，营造“住进风景”的真实感。窗外是海，是天，是光影与潮汐；而窗内，是一场属于自己的独处梦境。

We always believe that romance is more than superficial, from the space to the details, all telling a story about the dandelion’s journey. Moving from the open and interactive first floor to the more serene floors, the second through fifth levels house the guest rooms. With the sea and sky as a seamless curtain, we maximize ocean views through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a tangible sense of “living into the scenery.” Outside, the view unfolds with the sea, the sky, and the interplay of light and shadow with tides; inside, it transforms into a personal dream of solitude.

室内配色以莫兰迪色系为基底，不同房型分别以豆绿、雾蓝、烟粉等色为主调，营造出松弛、静美而富有层次的视觉氛围。

The interior color scheme is based on the Morandi color system, and different room types are dominated by pea green, fog blue, smoke pink and other colors to create a relaxed, quiet and beautiful visual atmosphere with layers.

床头背景板与硬包一体化设计，在秩序中创造平静，也为光线制造柔软的落点；材质上选择多种不同纹理搭配，让空间变得触感可感，细节处更显服务匠心。

The integrated design of the headboard background and hard package creates calmness in the order, and also creates soft landing points for light; the material selection of various different textures makes the space feel tactile, and the details show the service craftsmanship.

房内局部以绿植点缀，在冷硬石材中注入一缕呼吸感，与窗外自然遥相呼应，彼此温柔守望。

The interior is decorated with green plants, and a breath of breathing is injected into the cold hard stone, which echoes with the nature outside the window and looks at each other gently.

部分房型还有精心设计的小巧思：面朝大海的独立浴缸，一边泡澡一边赏日落；落地灯、小圆几、软椅、香薰、手工卡片……于细节为旅人准备一场独处浪漫；部分客房设有向海的私享阳台，安放一束光、一把椅，一段属于自己的沉默与海风。

Some rooms feature thoughtful design elements: an independent bathtub facing the sea for sunbathing and sunset viewing; floor lamps, small round tables, soft sofas, aromatherapy, and handmade cards… These details create a romantic retreat for travelers. Some guest rooms also include private balconies overlooking the sea, where a beam of light, a chair, and moments of solitude with sea breezes await.

04.夕阳下，与海的约定

Under the setting sun, an appointment with the sea

建筑顶层空间被一面原始石墙自然分隔，左侧是安静的客房区域；右侧则是一片迎着海风展开的开放式露台。

The top floor space is naturally divided by a primitive stone wall, with quiet guest rooms on the left and an open terrace facing the sea breeze on the right.

露台一隅设有一座圆型泡池，轻盈安静地卧于屋顶之上，接纳风、光与水的交汇。就着夕阳海风，饮一杯小酒，用身体感知不言而喻的松弛感。框景如一扇未关闭的窗，“sweet dreams”将海、天、港、山尽数收入其中，为旅途定格一帧专属的“海上一刻”。

A circular bubble pool is located in one corner of the terrace, lying lightly and quietly on the roof, accepting the intersection of wind, light and water. Drink a glass of wine in the sunset and sea breeze, and use your body to feel the unmistakable sense of relaxation. The framed view is like an open window. “Sweet Dreams” includes the sea, sky, port and mountains in one frame, setting a unique “moment on the sea” for the journey.

遮阳伞下，露台座椅与木桌围合出一个轻盈松弛的室外会客厅。在天色渐沉之间，空间悄然切换成私享露天小酒馆。不论是清晨读一本书，午后晒一束光，还是傍晚小聚、与友共饮，这片露台都能提供最佳地点与氛围。

Under the sunshade umbrella, the terrace seats and wooden tables create a light and relaxed outdoor lounge. As the sky grows darker, the space subtly transforms into a private outdoor bar. Whether you’re reading a book in the morning, basking in the afternoon sun, or gathering for a drink in the evening, this terrace offers the perfect spot with the perfect ambiance.

每一颗蒲公英的种子，都怀抱着一场梦，在风的指引下，寻觅一块柔软的土地落脚。它轻盈、自由、带着不可预知的方向感，正如我们遇见这片海岛时的心跳，不疾不徐，却笃定落地。

Every dandelion seed carries a dream, guided by the wind, seeking a soft place to settle. It is light, free, with an unpredictable sense of direction, just like our heartbeat when we meet this island, not too fast, but firmly grounded.
