Redesign of Tahrir Complex into "Tahrir Hotel"

"Pulse of the Nile – Reviving the Spirit of the River in Architectural/Artistic Design"

My project is inspired by the Nile River, as it has long been a symbol of life in Egypt. I aimed to use the form and flow of the Nile as the main concept in my design, to evoke a sense of fluidity and tranquility that the river represents. This concept influenced the choice of materials, colors, and lighting throughout the project.

I worked on blending ancient Egyptian identity with contemporary design, without relying on traditional ornamentation or repetitive motifs.

One of the key advantages of the project is the hotel's direct view of the Nile. Guests will not only experience the symbolic presence of the river through the design, but also see the Nile itself right from the hotel — creating a powerful connection between the concept and the real-world setting.
