望犹江·熹台丨中国赣州丨埊木设计（CAFA·A城市艺术创新中心）

望犹江·熹台择址于犹江“三水交汇”之地，借旧城农贸市场腾退之机，重塑城市与江岸空间关系，以当代语言融合山水意境与城市功能，营造一处集商业、展览与休闲于一体的城市客厅，为上犹勾勒出一幅融合自然生态、开放共享与当代表达的滨水图景。

“You River Vista · Xitai ”is situated at the confluence of the You River’s three tributaries. Seizing the opportunity of the old market’s relocation, the project redefines the urban-riverfront relationship. Blending contemporary architecture with traditional landscape aesthetics, it creates a vibrant urban hub integrating commerce, exhibition, and leisure—a new waterfront landmark for Shangyou that harmonizes ecology, public engagement, and modern expression.

起点：以推进县域城镇化为契机

Starting Point: Catalyzing County Urbanization

望犹江·熹台坐落于江西省赣州市上犹县城中心区位，处于新老城区交汇的滨江核心地带。原是上犹县著名的“老东门”农贸市场所在地，多年来作为市民日常买卖和社交的重要场所。随着旧市场的搬迁，犹江北岸的区位与景观价值得以激活，场地也迎来了城市更新的契机。其公共功能由传统市井空间转变为现代文化设施，承担起连接新老城区的城市节点角色，助力上犹县积极推进县域城镇化，实现市政设施完备、公共服务提升、农民就地城镇化规模扩大三大目标。

Nestled at the confluence of Shangyou County’s old and new urban districts, You River Vista · Xitaire claims the site of the historic Laodongmen Farmers’ Market – once the vibrant epicenter of community life. This strategic redevelopment transforms the northern riverbank into a dynamic cultural nexus, bridging urban memory with contemporary progress. This project supports Shangyou County’s three key urbanization goals: enhancing municipal infrastructure, upgrading public services, and expanding in-situ urbanization for rural residents.

依江就势，江屋共筑

Architecture in Dialogue with the River

望犹江·熹台位于犹江北岸，建筑面积6544平方米。基地紧邻城市主干道，交通便捷，周边市政配套完善。北侧临街提供了主要出入口和广场空间，与城市街道友好衔接；南侧滨临上犹江，拥有江水转弯与三水汇流的开阔景观视野。场地南北高差明显，北高南低。

You River Vista · Xitai is situated on the northern bank of the You River, with a total floor area of 6,544 square meters. The site adjoins the city’s main thoroughfare, ensuring convenient transportation access. To the north, the building opens onto a street-facing plaza that seamlessly integrates with the urban fabric, the southern elevation embraces the You River, commanding panoramic views of the waterway’s bend and the confluence of three tributaries. The terrain features a pronounced elevation difference, sloping downward from north (higher) to south (lower).

这一地理优势和地形特征被设计巧妙利用：建筑布局顺应地势由街道向江岸逐级跌落，以退台式的平台消化高差，在临江一侧形成亲水的露天阶梯与观景平台，模糊了建筑与河岸的界线，方便市民从街区漫步下沉至滨江空间，享受亲水体验。这样的场地策略既保障了从城市到江岸的通达逻辑，又最大程度地将自然江景引入城市日常生活。

The design ingeniously harnesses these geographical advantages: the cascading terraces follow the natural slope, creating waterfront staircases and viewing platforms that dissolve boundaries between architecture and riverbank. This gradient strategy not only ensures seamless urban-river connectivity, but also frames the You River’s vistas into daily city life.

同时，为顺应上犹江沿岸的地形高差与滨水格局，建筑体量沿江横向铺展，将水岸景观纳入室内视野。建筑自北侧城市道路起步，逐级跌落至南侧江岸，以层层退台化解高差，实现竖向功能的自然衔接。一方面保证了城市与水岸的连续过渡，也使建筑仿佛生长于地势之上，融入山水，生发出“江屋共筑”的在地性表达。

Meanwhile,The architecture stretches horizontally along the riverbank, its terraced volumes stepping down from urban street to waterside—a topographic embrace that weaves panoramic river views into interior spaces. This cascading morphology achieves both vertical continuity and an organic ‘river-architecture symbiosis’, as if the structure grew naturally from the sloping terrain.

望江取景，层层入画

Framing the River through Terraced Vistas

在建筑形态上，最引人注目的是点缀于建筑之上的三个观景“盒子”体量。它们仿佛从主体中生长出来的悬挑瞭望台，分别探向犹江交汇处的不同方向，将远近山水定格为流动的画卷。

Architecturally, the most striking feature is the three viewing “box” volumes adorning the building. These cantilevered observation decks appear to grow organically from the main structure, each extending toward different directions at the You River confluence, framing the surrounding mountains and waters into a dynamic, flowing landscape painting.

这些方盒子不仅作为观景平台为内部使用者提供了绝佳视野，更以各自错落的体块构成了沿江天际线的标志性轮廓。白天，它们突出于建筑轮廓，庄重素雅；而夜晚内部透出的灯光令其悬浮于江畔，散发柔和光辉，如同漂浮在水边的光盒，为滨水夜景平添诗意。

These cubic volumes serve not only as observation platforms, but also create a distinctive silhouette along the riverfront through their deliberately staggered composition. By day, they project from the building’s profile with understated elegance; by night, their illuminated interiors transform them into luminous objects that appear to float above the waterfront. Emitting a soft glow like ethereal light-boxes hovering at water’s edge, they imbue the nocturnal riverscape with poetic resonance.

建筑临江立面通透明朗，将江景尽可能引入室内。水平延展的退台平台不仅供人户外活动，更形成了天然的遮阳雨篷，减少了日晒和雨淋对室内的干扰。相较之下，建筑临街立面在材料与细部处理上更显简洁沉稳，以回应小城街道的日常氛围。底部立面通过水平长窗打破实体体量的厚重感，为街道一侧营造出更亲切的尺度与交流界面。

The riverside facade opens up with transparency to maximize water views, where cantilevered terraces double as shading canopies. In contrast, the street-facing elevation adopts a restrained material palette, its solidity softened by horizontal fenestration to foster pedestrian-scale engagement.

城市的客厅，生活的舞台，文化的展场

Civic Lounge ·Life Stage ·Culture Vessel

建筑、景观与室内的一体化设计使望犹江·熹台以“文化中心+”的复合策略回应城市日常的多样需求，融汇了商业、阅读、展览、公共活动、交流休憩等多种使用可能，构建出一个既承载公共文化，又鼓励社交与日常停留的多元场所。它既是城市的文化会客厅，也是一座打开的生活容器，在不同时间段接纳不同人群的使用与参与。

The integrated architectural, landscape, and interior design enables You River Vista · Xitai to adopt a “Cultural Center Plus” strategy—a hybrid space blending commerce, reading, exhibitions, public events, and social interaction. This multifunctional venue not only hosts cultural programs but also fosters spontaneous encounters, transforming into an “open living vessel” that welcomes diverse communities across temporal rhythms.

整体空间围绕三个核心角色展开：建筑底层与沿街界面构成“城市的客厅”，通过开放的入口与广场模糊街道与室内的边界，使市民可自由进入、驻足、交流；中部的共享中庭与活动平台则成为“生活的舞台”，在连续的路径中展开多样化的公共活动；而位于高处的观景盒子与部分封闭空间，则承担“文化的展场”角色，为静谧沉浸的观展与思考提供可能。

The spatial design orchestrates three interconnected roles: the street-level “Urban Living Room” blurs boundaries through expansive plazas that invite spontaneous social interaction; at its heart, a multi-level “Community Theater” with interconnected platforms activates public life along flowing circulation paths; while the elevated “Cultural Observatory” – featuring those cantilevered viewing cubes – provides serene spaces for immersive exhibitions and contemplative engagement with the landscape beyond.

在空间布局上，望犹江·熹台以连续灵活的动线串联各类空间节点，从地面广场、露台平台到屋顶花园，形成由低至高、由动至静的空间旅程。城市、山水与人的关系在空间中被有机编织，激发探索与参与的欲望。建筑不仅提供使用，更激活场所与生活之间的情感链接，真正将公共文化、城市日常与个人体验融为一体。

Spatially, You River Vista · Xitai weaves a continuous journey from ground plaza to rooftop garden through fluid circulation—orchestrating dynamic transitions between urban energy and contemplative retreat. This three-dimensional tapestry interlaces city, landscape, and human rhythms, transforming mere functionality into emotional connections where public culture, daily rituals, and personal encounters become indivisible.

结语：江畔新生的城市诗篇

Epilogue: A Riverside Urban Ode

望犹江·熹台为市民提供了一个共享的公共生活平台，不同年龄、兴趣、背景的人在此交汇，仿佛一座“不打烊”的剧场，每天都在上演城市生活的缩影。建筑空间内外交错模糊了界限，让路过和停驻的市民不经意间成为城市风景的一部分。

You River Vista · Xitai emerges as a shared platform for civic life, where people of all ages and backgrounds converge—a perpetual urban theater staging the ever-unfolding drama of city living. Its deliberately blurred boundaries between interior and exterior subtly transform passersby into protagonists of the waterfront tableau.

农贸市场所在场域更新后，场地以另一种方式成为城市公共生活的重要节点，在延续场所开放性的同时，回应了城市更新与品质提升的愿景。作为“文化容器”与“城市舞台”，望犹江项目见证着一座小城的文化日常，最终成为江岸线上的风景，也成为人们心中集体记忆的一部分。

The transformed marketplace site now fulfills its renewed destiny as a vital public node, preserving the spirit of openness while answering contemporary demands for urban revitalization. As both “cultural vessel” and “city stage,” this project chronicles Shangyou’s cultural rhythms, ultimately becoming not just a riverside landmark, but an enduring fragment of collective memory.
