I'm glad to share with you our urban planning project for the Abo Zaabal region.

The project involved a comprehensive process—from collecting urban data to proposing design alternatives and developing a detailed master plan for the area. One of the key features of the plan is establishing a university complex that hosts 9 specialized universities.

Each stage included thorough analysis of the community’s needs across various urban sectors, assessing residential, service, and food requirements. The planning aimed to provide sustainable solutions that meet the residents’ needs—while taking into account the agro-industrial nature of the area and how to best utilize its existing resources.
