在信息时代，高新技术产业作为城市发展核心驱动力，依托人才集聚与知识密集型劳动，推动物理空间向创新导向转型。适配的智慧型工作场景通过弹性空间和交互设计，既激发前瞻性思维，又随创新实践持续进化。CDAD新近落成的西部金融中心将成为这样一个东部新区产业“补链、延链、强链”的重要功能载体。

In the Information Age, the high-tech industry serves as the core driver of urban development. Propelled by talent clusters and knowledge-intensive labor, it catalyzes the transformation of physical spaces into innovation-oriented ecosystems. Adaptive intelligent workspaces—featuring flexible spatial configurations and interactive design—simultaneously ignite forward-thinking ideation while continuously evolving alongside innovative practices. The newly completed Western Financial Center by CDAD will function as a pivotal anchor for the Eastern New District, strategically bolstering the industrial chain through supplementation, extension, and reinforcement.

1.设计理念

Design Concept

本案以“春芽破⼟”为设计理念，春芽不仅仅是形态意义上对春来植物发芽的模仿，更多的是对“破土”立意的体现，展现盎然的生机和蓬勃发展的场所精神。并将春笋大小不一、鳞次栉比的形态进行拓扑，对地块两侧城市尺度差别进行自然地消解和过渡。

This design is anchored in the “Spring Buds Breaking Ground” concept. The vernal sprout motif transcends mere morphological imitation of germinating flora—it fundamentally embodies the breakthrough narrative, expressing vernal vitality and the site’s spirit of explosive growth. By topologically abstracting the staggered gradation of bamboo shoots’ scales, the scheme seamlessly mediates the urban-scale disparity between the district’s eastern and western flanks.

2.与城市共生，与生态呼应

Co-symbiosis with the City, Resonance with Ecology

项目位于东部新区起步区CBD核心，地处公园大道与城市活力轴线交汇处，占据新区门户区位。周边集聚大型公共服务设施、高端商务集群、中央公园绿核及天府奥体城文体地标。项目与北侧已建成的市民中心、企业总部等构成协同发展的建筑组团，形成政务-商务-生态多元功能耦合的城市界面。

Strategically situated at the core CBD of Eastern New District’s startup area, the project occupies the convergence of Park Avenue and the City Vitality Axis—commanding a gateway position for the emerging precinct. Its periphery clusters major public service facilities, premium commercial hubs, the Central Park Green Heart, and the Tianfu Olympic Sports City as a cultural-athletic landmark. Synergistically integrated with the completed Civic Center and corporate headquarters to the north, this development forms a cohesive architectural ensemble, forging an urban interface where governmental, commercial, and ecological functions symbiotically intertwine.

3.缝合城市尺度，顺应城市肌理

Suturing Urban Scales, Aligning with the Urban Fabric

城市布局，纵横空间缝合，垂直空间及平面空间的缝合衔接：

横向顺应城市肌理：渐变尺度的场所性园区——拒绝城市孤岛、衔接南北城市空间。用地北侧为小尺度空间，用地南侧为大尺度空间，我们将南北向城市尺度相缝合，建筑群落由北向南逐渐升高，符合垂直生长的城市巨构尺度，小尺度延公园大道水平延展，形成宜人城市街区尺度。区域城市肌理呈网格状，成都金融创新中心用地处于不同方向轴线的交汇处，总体布局应与城市肌理协调、融合。

Urban Configuration–Stitching Planar and Volumetric Dimensions. Vertical Integration and Planar Continuity through Spatial Suturing:

Horizontally Aligned with the Urban Fabric: A Gradationally-Scaled Campus Rejecting Urban Enclaves

Mediating between the intimate grain of the north and the monumental scale of the south, the design sutures these polarized urban conditions. To the north, fine-grained spaces prevail, while the southern periphery interfaces with large-scale urban forms. Our architectural ensemble resolves this dichotomy through a southward-ascending massing strategy—harmonizing with the city’s vertical megastructure paradigm while extending human-scaled street frontages horizontally along Park Avenue.

纵向缝合城市尺度：方案首先指出城市设计层面的主要矛盾，将北侧小尺度街区与南侧巨型城市的尺度差异通过地块渐变的城市尺度和高度缝合。其次，方案并不尝试通过特别的建筑造型打破原有城市设计的结构肌理，而是在延续原有城市设计肌理、强化空间节奏的基础上，营造多元场景、丰富园区氛围。方案将低密度的公园城市氛围通过巧妙的空间和流线组织植入到高密度的垂直园区当中。

Vertical Suturing of Urban Scales

The scheme first diagnoses the primary urban design contradiction: reconciling the northern district’s intimate grain with the southern metropolis’s monumental expanse. This scalar dichotomy is resolved through gradient mediation—progressively transitioning building scales and heights across the site. Crucially, the design refrains from disruptive formal gestures that fracture the existing urban fabric. Instead, it amplifies the inherited spatial cadence while cultivating multifunctional scenarios to enrich the campus milieu. By strategically infusing low - density park - city sensibilities into this high - density vertical campus through choreographed spatial sequences and circulation, it achieves symbiotic density without compromise.

4.建筑功能布局

Architectural Programming

垂直园区：堆叠的交错空间，多层次立体交互空间，结合地形，形成不同标高的架空区域和多个半地下的庭院，并利用共享空间和交通空间联系不同的楼层，形成楼层间的空间流动。利用场地高差营造极其丰富的场所空间；大量架空空间、室外露台、连廊共同创造出多层次户外交流场所，提升园区活力。

Vertical Campus: Stacked and interlaced spaces create multi-level three-dimensional interactive areas. Adapting to the terrain, these form elevated zones at varied heights and multiple semi-subterranean courtyards. Shared spaces and circulation pathways interconnect floors, establishing spatial flow between levels. Leveraging site elevation changes cultivates exceptionally rich spatial experiences. Extensive cantilevered areas, outdoor terraces, and sky bridges collectively forge tiered outdoor interaction zones, enhancing campus vitality.

①堆叠的“盒子”｜Stacked “Boxes”

在建筑体量上，贯彻春笋破土的理念，将低密度的公园城市氛围通过巧妙的空间和流线组织植入到高密度的垂直园区当中。首先在场地上落位如“土壤”一般的基座，以此为有需求的企业提供大尺度办公营业大厅，其次再通过空间退让形成丰富的室外空间，以此丰富空间的体验感。第二，在上述大厅空间上生长出“破土”般的高低不一的次级空间作为共享办公；最后再这些生长出的盒子上层进行一些退台处理，或者镂空的处理，设置出一些灵活的如笋尖嫩芽般的小型空间供一些独立金融机构办公。多种尺度的办公及公共空间不仅为办公人群提供适宜的心理尺度，也为企业提供了多样的选择。

The architectural massing embodies the “bamboo shoots breaking ground” concept, infusing low-density park-city ambiance into the high-density vertical campus through sophisticated spatial and circulatory organization. A foundational podium akin to “soil” is positioned at ground level, housing large-scale corporate business halls. Spatial setbacks then create abundant outdoor areas, enriching experiential quality. Secondary volumes emerge like sprouting shoots at varied heights, accommodating co-working spaces. Terraced or perforated treatments are applied to these upper volumes, accommodating flexible micro-spaces reminiscent of tender bamboo tips for boutique financial institutions. This multi-scalar approach to office and public spaces delivers psychologically comfortable human-scale environments while providing enterprises with diverse spatial solutions.

②立体庭院｜Three-Dimensional Courtyards

步移景异的中式游园体验，灵活可变的景观公共空间。

本项目以复合型立体空间组织为核心，构建多维度互相关联的游园体系，形成”垂直城市聚落”的设计模式，空间体系遵循”三轴渗透、五维联动”的建构逻辑：水平向通过四向架空结构实现城市界面的物理渗透；垂直向以中庭为核心构建立体景观通廊，串联下沉广场（B1层）、地面中庭（1F）、生态阶梯（+1.5F）、裙楼共享平台（+24m）、塔楼空中花园（+80m）五重标高体系。

Embodying the Chinese garden principle of scenery-transitioning-with-steps, these flexible volumetric landscapes form adaptable public realms.

The project organizes composite vertical spaces into a multi-dimensionally interconnected garden system, establishing a “Vertical Urban Cluster” paradigm. This spatial framework follows a “Tri-Axial Permeation, Five-Tiered Integration” logic: horizontally, four-directional elevated structures achieve physical urban interface penetration; vertically, atria anchor stratified landscape corridors linking five elevation benchmarks—sunken plaza (B1), ground atrium (1F), ecological terraces (+1.5F), podium commons (+24m), and tower sky gardens (+80m).

以建筑体围合成中庭空间为户外中心，通过大跨度无柱连廊和架空层形成城市灰空间过渡带。裙楼屋顶建造共享多元的共享平台作为多维交互界面，在裙房屋顶、塔楼之间呈现多元场景；塔楼空中花园连接外部城市景观和内部交流空间，打造富有活力的空中产业园。开放流动的活动庭院，承接多样的人群流动，创造户外交流场所，提升园区活力。

Building masses envelop central atria as outdoor nuclei, with column-free skybridges and elevated volumes creating transitional buffer zones. Shared multifunctional platforms crown the podium as multidimensional interfaces, activating diverse scenarios between towers. Sky gardens bridge external cityscapes with internal collaborative spaces, forging vibrant aerial innovation hubs. These fluid courtyards channel diverse pedestrian flows, catalyzing spontaneous interactions that energize the campus ecosystem.

③空中步道/交通组织｜Skyways / Circulation Strategy

交通组织采用”双首层”概念，通过景观阶梯将城市人流经景观阶梯导入中庭空间，再通过空中步道将人群分别引入空中平台、下沉广场等，形成环形立体流线。景观阶梯作为与城市空间过渡的形式，既解决了场地高差问题，也能引导人们视线、作为休憩场所，为城市增添绿意。空中步道作为立体交通的纽带则在空间中灵活地交互穿插。

The circulation strategy adopts a “dual ground-level” concept. Urban pedestrian flows are guided through landscape staircases into the central atrium space, then distributed via aerial walkways to elevated platforms, sunken plazas, and other areas, forming a circular three-dimensional circulation loop. The landscape staircases serve as transitional elements between urban spaces, simultaneously resolving site elevation differences, directing visual sightlines, functioning as resting areas, and adding greenery to the city. As connective elements in the three-dimensional transportation network, the aerial walkways flexibly interweave and penetrate through the spatial fabric.

在城市核心区超尺度建筑群中实现视觉协调性始终是设计难点。本项目通过系统性立面设计策略，在延续城市文脉与塑造建筑个性之间取得平衡，具体呈现为三大创新性技术体系：

Achieving visual harmony within the superscale architectural complex of the urban core has always posed a significant design challenge. This project addresses this through a systematic facade design strategy that strikes a balance between contextual continuity and architectural distinctiveness, manifested in three innovative technical systems:

1. 模数化界面整合｜Modular Interface Integration

沿公园大道展开的280米连续立面，采用5.4米标准模数系统进行形态控制。使整体造型既保持建筑所需的横向体量感，又避免对城市街道形成压迫。

The 280-meter continuous facade along Park Avenue employs a 5.4-meter standardized modular system for morphological control. This ensures the composition maintains the desired horizontal massing while preventing visual oppression to the urban streetscape.

2. 多级色彩调控｜Multi-Level Color Modulation

为消解大面积橙色对视觉刺激导致的残像，以免人们产生不愉快的视觉体验。设计采用四种橙色两辅色的配色，使金融创新中心的“活力橙”以更加丰满、细腻的状态呈现出来，保证从近、中、远三个不同的距离观看，都带给人不同的感受。

To mitigate afterimage effects caused by extensive orange hues that could lead to visual discomfort, the design adopts a palette of four orange tones complemented by two accent colors. This approach allows the Financial Innovation Center’s “Vibrant Orange” to manifest with richer nuance and sophistication, creating distinct visual experiences from near, medium, and far viewing distances.

3. 丰富肌理的幕墙｜Textured Curtain Wall System

若传统橙色平整的金属板，立面会显得生硬呆板。我们希望立面材质要有一种“肌理感”，金融中心的“活力橙”中还应用了类似大自然起伏地形的纹理的肌理，这种凹凸面相比平板面，能在同一种光线下使颜色层次丰富，呈现不一样的金属质感。结合机翼板幕墙系统实现视觉渗透的同时，又可调节室内光环境的设置，达到遮阳效果。

Traditional flat orange metal panels would appear rigid and monotonous. Seeking “textural dimensionality,” the facade incorporates organic, terrain-inspired relief patterns within the “Vibrant Orange” scheme. These undulating surfaces create layered color variations and metallic luster under uniform lighting conditions compared to flat planes. Integrated with airfoil-panel curtain wall technology, the system achieves visual permeability while optimizing interior light environments through adaptive sun-shading.

本案立足东部新区CBD门户区位，以生态为基、智慧为脉，打造集弹性办公空间、交互式创新场景与复合型城市服务于一体的立体生态商务枢纽。通过模块化空间架构与产城融合设计，既承载创新孵化与商务协作核心功能，又深度联动市民中心、企业总部等城市资源，构建出人、产业、自然共生的未来办公范式，为新区发展注入持续迭代的智慧动能。

Positioned as the gateway to the Eastern New District CBD, the project establishes an ecological and intelligent three-dimensional business hub combining Flexible workspaces, Interactive innovation environments and Composite urban services. Through modular spatial frameworks and productive urban integration design, it not only accommodates core functions of innovation incubation and business collaboration but also actively interfaces with civic resources like the Citizen Center and corporate headquarters. This creates a future-oriented workplace paradigm fostering symbiosis between people, industries, and nature, injecting continuously evolving intelligent vitality into the district’s development.
