由J&A杰恩设计担纲室内设计的中国首家互联网银行的全球总部——深圳前海微众银行总部大厦，现已正式投入使用。这座承载国家级金融改革使命的144米垂直地标，以前海自贸区15.3万㎡的生态智慧体量，重新定义金融科技办公样本。

The global headquarters of China’s first internet bank, the Shenzhen Qianhai WeBank Headquarters Tower, was responsible for the interior design by J&A, is now officially in operation. This 144-meter building with a smart floor area of 153,000 square meters, redefines what an office space for the fintech industry.

01.金融互联网垂直森林

Vertical Forest in Urban Hub

深圳前海，作为国家新一轮改革开放的战略支点，正加速生长为引领粤港澳大湾区的现代化标杆腹地。在建成密度最高的桂湾片区，写字楼群与生态绿轴交错延伸，J&A负责室内设计的深圳前海微众银行总部大厦坐落于此。项目总建筑面积15.3万㎡，涵盖办公、生活、社交等多元场景。J&A引入“垂直森林”设计概念，将其打造为以空间为载体，平衡金融效率与人文温度的金融科技生态绿洲。

Shenzhen Qianhai, serving as a strategic pivot for China’s new round of reform and opening-up, is rapidly evolving into a modern benchmark hinterland leading the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Located in the densely developed Guiwan area, where office towers intertwine with ecological green axes, stands the Shenzhen Qianhai WeBank Headquarters Tower, with its interior design by J&A. With a total floor area of 153,000 sqm, the project encompasses diverse scenarios including work, life, and social interaction.

J&A匹配新型工作模式及企业组织架构的功能布局，打造微众专属企业办公模式。通过多层挑空中庭与模块化的设置，打破传统办公的封闭边界，形成垂直空间内的立体网络。适宜的人体的舒适尺度与通透视野，既保障了高效协同，又消解了高层建筑的物理隔阂。

J&A tailored the functional layout to match new work models and corporate structures, creating a bespoke office paradigm for WeBank. Through multi-story atriums and modular configurations, the design breaks down the enclosed boundaries of traditional offices, forming a three-dimensional network within the vertical space. The comfortable scale for human ergonomics and transparent sightlines ensure efficient collaboration while dissolving the physical barriers inherent in high-rise buildings.

02.适配金融科技迭代的空间逻辑

Finance & Tech Symbiosis Forest in Urban Hub

遵循自然生成的形式逻辑，J&A提出的“微众BOX”模块化系统，以标准化单元实现会议、协作、展示等场景的自由切换。

Adhering to a naturally generated formal logic, J&A proposed the “WeBank BOX” modular system, enabling seamless transitions between scenarios like meetings, collaboration, and exhibitions using standardized units.

办公区预留扩展空间与可移动家具系统，为企业未来增长预留弹性调整空间。大片木色系天花与高饱和度的颜色相结合，在人文中保留了互联网基因的活力。

Work areas incorporate expansion space and movable furniture systems, providing flexible adjustment room for the company’s future growth. Wood-toned ceilings combined with high-saturation colors preserve the vibrant DNA of the internet within a humanistic setting.

休息区以岭南拼花样式的地面及同样跳动的色调进行塑造。空中立体运动场与泳池，将健康理念融入日常场景。这些设计策略的背后，是J&A对金融业态的深刻洞察——在数字化浪潮中，唯有将科技、生态与人性化需求无缝融合，方能塑造具有持久生命力的企业场所。

Breakout areas feature Lingnan-style mosaic patterns on the floor and a similarly vibrant color palette. An aerial multi-level sports field and swimming pool integrate wellness concepts into daily settings. Behind these design strategies lies J&A’s profound insight into the financial industry sector: in the digitalization trend, only by seamlessly integrating technology, ecology, and human-centric needs can an enterprise space with enduring vitality be forged.

03.灵活高效的可持续基因

Agile Sustainable DNA

设计团队将公共绿化轴自然引入建筑内部，模糊了建筑与城市的边界，增加生态友好度。天然石材的肌理与垂直绿植墙形成视觉张力，定制LED艺术屏动态演绎品牌内核，大堂入口处便以可持续的意象奠定空间基调。

The design team extended the public green axis into the building’s interior, blurring the boundary between architecture and city, enhancing eco-friendliness. The texture of natural stone adds visual vitality to the green plant wall, while the custom LED screen interprets the brand. The lobby sets a sustainable tone from the entrance.

同时，面对业主对绿色低碳、智慧运营与品牌形象提升的多重诉求，J&A通过BIM技术实现硬装与软装的一体化协同，同时精简主材种类并优先采用可回收材质，使项目整体碳排放降大幅度降低。

In response to the owner’s demands for green and low-carbon development, smart operation and brand enhancement, J&A achieved integrated design through BIM technology and prioritized the use of recyclable materials, significantly reducing the project’s carbon emissions.

可持续性并非停留在技术参数的罗列，而是渗透于空间使用的每一处细节。装配式设计的使用，防火玻璃隔断、吸音毡板等均采用模块化预制设计，最大程度降低现场污染。J&A希望每一个空间都能在平衡甲方的战略需求之下，将城市规划、建筑逻辑与室内场景无缝衔接。

Apart from the technical aspects, the details of the space also reflect sustainability. The prefabricated design is adopted, and fire-resistant glass partitions, sound-absorbing felt boards, etc. all use modular prefabricated design. J&A aspires for each space to seamlessly integrate urban planning, architectural logic, and interior scenes, all while balancing the client’s strategic requirements.

深圳前海微众银行总部大厦的落成，标志着中国金融科技办公空间进入新纪元。在数字化与可持续的双重命题下，设计的意义早已超越美学范畴，转而成为推动企业进化、赋能城市更新的核心力量。当金融遇见科技，当空间拥抱生态，这座垂直森林中的每一处细节，也代表着中国设计走向世界的底气与智慧。

The completion of this project marks a new era for China’s fintech office Spaces. Under the dual themes of digitalization and sustainability, the significance of design has long transcended the realm of aesthetics, becoming a force that drives the evolution of enterprises and empowers urban renewal. Where finance meets technology and space embraces ecology, every detail within this vertical forest embodies the confidence and ingenuity of Chinese design stepping onto the global stage.
