位于南京新街口CBD核心区的JLC金陵中環，是一座焕新城市界面的商业地标，由CAN Design与香港置地携手打造的全新城市社交新主场。JLC金陵中環坐落于被誉为「中华第一商圈」的新街口，代表着城市精致生活的新高度，也刷新了大众对城市商业空间的想象边界。

Nestled in the heart of Nanjing’s bustling Xinjiekou district, widely recognized as the “No. 1 Commercial Avenue of China’, JLC emerges as a striking new landmark that redefines the urban experience through a seamless blend of retail, culture, and social vibrancy. In collaboration with Hongkong Land, CAN Design brings a fresh and youthful energy into Nanjing’s cityscape, setting a new benchmark in contemporary urban development.

作为JLC金陵中環商业动线规划提升、建筑立面、室内设计与环境标识的整体设计单位，CAN 在城市界面、场景体验、文化表达等多个层面展开多维探索，为新街口注入一股更年轻、更多元的城市气质，打造这座城市社交新主场。

CAN Design has delivered a holistic design solution for JLC, including Retail Planning Enhancement, Façade Design, Interior Design, and Wayfinding & Signage Design, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience across all touchpoints.

新街口全新生活主场

Reshaping the Retail Landscape of Xinjiekou

面对新街口高密度、多元化的城市肌理，CAN以高辨识度的设计语言回应城市节奏，以简而不凡的美学策略，赋予 JLC 清晰的视觉识别与文化质感。在全国一线商圈中，打造一座独树一帜的商业地标，推动新街口整体商业格局跃升，赋予城市更多可能性, 成为这片核心商圈的破局者。

In response to the dense and diverse urban fabric of Xinjiekou, CAN crafted a distinctive and refined aesthetic identity that enhances both visibility and cultural resonance. The project unlocks new possibilities and positions itself as a transformative force across the region.

JLC金陵中環总商业建筑面积近9.2万平方米，地上8层、地下4层，并无缝连接地铁1号线与2号线新街口站，丝滑嵌入南京城市脉络与消费动线之中。项目设计融合南京的独特文化，以“金陵八景”作为灵感来源，将城市文化转译为空间语汇，重新诠释南京的历史和文化意象。建筑、室内和环境标识一致的设计语言，为JLC打造独一无二的场景，成为一个富有文化内涵的现代商业空间。

Spanning approximately 92,000 square meters across eight above-ground floors and four underground levels, JLC is seamlessly connected to Xinjiekou Station on Metro Lines 1 and 2. The design draws inspiration from the traditional ‘Eight Scenic Views of Jinling’, reinterpreting Nanjing’s cultural heritage through spatial storytelling that evokes a contemporary atmosphere infused with local character.

项目分为东、西两大地块，设计团队将场景融入每一个角落，打造出一个无缝衔接的城市旅程，让访客在每一步都能感受到文化与现代设计的交融。

Comprising East and West zones, the design team has thoughtfully infused immersive scenes throughout every corner, crafting a seamless urban journey where visitors can experience the fusion of culture and contemporary design at every step.

从文化演绎到当代表达

From Cultural Narrative to Contemporary Expression

JLC 的建筑立面灵感源于南京古城墙意象，以古铜金属板、玻璃、多媒体装置及灯光系统共构出层次丰富、充满都市感的外立面。立体灯带、温润石材与雕塑化立面肌理，交织出一座既沉稳典雅又张力十足的现代建筑。夜幕下的裸眼3D巨幕成为城市新视觉焦点，强化了项目的公共性与标识性。▼分析图，Analysis diagram© CAN Design

The architectural façade of JLC takes cues from Nanjing’s historic city walls, reinterpreted through a refined material palette. Bronze-toned metal panels, glass, multimedia elements, and integrated lighting create a layered, visually dynamic exterior. Stone textures and sculptural forms add depth and sophistication, resulting in a bold, contemporary expression. By night, a large naked-eye 3D screen transforms into a luminous urban landmark, establishing a striking new visual focal point in the cityscape.

室内设计在语言上延续建筑立面风格，整体融合铜色系、天然石材与木质元素，营造温润雅致的空间氛围。其灵感分别源于云锦与花云闺阁两大东方美学意象，运用精致的纹理与细腻的材质语言，构建富有情感温度的空间体验。雕塑般的细节与艺术装置点缀其中，既作为视觉焦点，也引导着人们停留与驻足。

Throughout the interior spaces, the design language is extended through a cohesive palette of bronze tones, natural stone, and wood, creating warm and refined interiors. Inspired by traditional Chinese aesthetics, such as Yunjin brocade and Huayun boudoirs, the space offers a rich sensory experience through intricate textures and carefully layered materials. Sculptural accents and curated art installations act as visual anchors, inviting moments of pause and reflection throughout the journey.

从天花的柔和曲线到细部结构，CAN以极简而精致的设计，呈现城市中罕见的宁静与秩序，唤起人们对质感生活的集体记忆与渴望。

From gently curved ceilings to meticulous spatial detailing, CAN Design evokes a sense of tranquillity and order within the urban bustle, awakening a shared desire for immersive, quality-driven urban living.

CAN 同时为 JLC 悉心定制导视系统，从地铁连接区到商场内部，至各大出入口，导视装置遍布顾客可达可视之处，如同清晰的城市脉络，引导人们自在穿行于各大功能空间之间。系统兼顾实用性与设计感，同时提升空间识别度，也进一步深化文化体验。

The wayfinding system at JLC has been tailored by CAN Design to ensure clarity and intuitive navigation. From metro-connected zones to major entrances and interiors, signage is thoughtfully positioned and visually integrated, enhancing spatial coherence while reinforcing the project’s cultural narrative.

“三进” 空间叙事 重拾东方仪式感

A Spatial Journey of Three Courtyards

JLC在空间布局上借鉴了传统院落的“三进”理念，营造了层层递进的空间体验，从入口、中庭再到中央广场，每一步都充满仪式感和艺术性。30米挑高中庭和充满南京文化元素的纹样装饰，也巧妙融合了香港置地一贯低调奢华的空间美学，带来沉浸式的场景体验。

JLC reinterprets the traditional Chinese concept of the three-courtyard spatial progression, offering an experiential sequence imbued with ritual and artistic nuance. A 30-meter-high atrium, adorned with heritage-inspired patterns, exemplifies Hongkong Land’s signature understated luxury and curates an immersive spatial experience.

项目核心亮点之一是地铁1号线出口的“艺术卷轴”，CAN 提出打造沉浸式体验空间的构想，并邀请国际艺术家 Digiway 参与创作，以中国文学名著《红楼梦》为灵感，通过 48 米长的 LED 显示屏呈现沉浸式视觉艺术作品《红楼回响》，将文化意象转化为极具沉浸感的公共艺术体验。

A key highlight is the ‘Art Scroll’ at the Metro exit, a bold initiative by CAN to transform public space into a cultural experience. In collaboration with international digital art Digiway, the installation features a 48 - meter LED screen showcasing Echoes of the Red Chamber, a digital artwork inspired by the literary classic Dream of the Red Chamber. The piece reimagines traditional motifs through a dynamic, immersive lens.

连接东西区的地下通道也延续沉浸式体验的策展思路，进一步强化项目的整体场景体验，同时兼具打卡与互动功能。艺术公司透过结合设计与科技，打造一条打破传统动线想象的沉浸式空间。这里不仅是通行通道，更是南京兼具打卡价值与艺术氛围的“城市艺术通道”。

Extending this curatorial narrative, the underground passage connecting the East and West zones is designed as an ‘Art Corridor’. This space blends interactivity with storytelling, transforming everyday pedestrian transit into an engaging journey of discovery and cultural resonance.

多维社交场域

A Multidimensional Social Hub

CAN Design 在 JLC 中打造立体化、多场景的社交体验空间。裙楼顶部设有宽敞的屋顶花园，灵感源自南京著名的秦淮河，将河岸意象转化为空间语言，串联起自然与都市、人群与空间的互动。空间集咖啡、餐饮与酒吧于一体，提供全天候的户外社交体验，在新街口核心区形成少有的自然共享空间。

JLC is more than a retail destination. It is a vibrant social hub designed for interaction and discovery. Atop the podium, a rooftop garden inspired by the Qinhuai River reinterprets the riverside aesthetic into spatial form, seamlessly integrating nature with urban life. Blending cafés, dining, and bars, this open-air venue creates a rare social setting in the city’s dense commercial core.

西区B1层设有标志性下沉广场“萌屿”，以灵动的曲线构建出层次丰富的立体景观空间。中央自然采光、绿植、与自然光共同营造出温暖宜人的氛围，休憩区域融合人宠互动功能，为城市公共社交注入温情与趣味。项目设计如同一幅徐徐展开的文化画卷，引导访客步入室内空间，进一步丰富了整体的文化体验。

On the B1 level of the West zone, the signature sunken plaza presents a terraced landscape filled with natural light, greenery, and relaxed seating. With pet-friendly zones thoughtfully integrated, the space adds warmth, informality, and playfulness to everyday city life.

港风精奢新地标

JLC 是对本土文化深度解析与国际化生活方式融合的具体呈现。项目以「新动南京 Cheerfully Nanjing」为城市精神注解，在奢华、时尚、生活、艺术与社交的交汇点上，打造一个具有人文温度的都市客厅。

JLC embodies a unique fusion of local cultural insight and global lifestyle sensibilities. Under the theme ‘Cheerfully Nanjing’, JLC curates an urban living room at the intersection of luxury, fashion, lifestyle, art, and community.
