Project background

温州瓯海区奥体中心是浙江省重点工程，是温州市服务2022年第十九届杭州亚运会赛事温州赛区重大配套项目，是杭州亚运会国际龙舟比赛的配套场馆，同时也是温州市瓯海区巩固“体育强区”的地标型重大建设项目，是一个集体育竞技、全民健身、文化娱乐、旅游休闲、商贸会展等多功能于一体的大型综合体育场馆。项目总用地面积为236.6亩（约15.78万㎡），总建筑面积为18.2万㎡，主要包括1万座乙级体育场、8000人乙级综合体育馆、500座丙级游泳馆、体育配套、运动场地及地下停车场等配套设施。

The Wenzhou Ouhai District Olympic Sports Center is a landmark major construction project in Ouhai District, Wenzhou City, designed to solidify its status as a “Strong Sports District.” It integrates multiple functions including competitive sports, public fitness, cultural entertainment, tourism and leisure, as well as commercial and trade exhibitions. The total land area for the project is 236.6 mu (approximately 157,800 square meters), with a total floor area of 182,000 square meters. The main facilities include: A 10,000-seat Class B Stadium；An 8,000-seat Class B Multi-purpose Indoor Gymnasium；A 500-seat Class C Natatorium (Swimming Pool)；Sports support facilities；Sports fields；Underground parking and other ancillary facilities.

设计的多元思考

Scale-Linking

瓯海奥体中心处于温州市核心区瓯海区的正中心，也是面向珍贵的2公里长125米宽龙舟河道与连绵开阔的吹台山森林公园的重要观景据点，其介于城市与自然之间的独一无二的场地气质，也让我们沉思，应如何从特殊的场地特性出发，有机联系起场地中并存的丰富生态景观，创作出充满未来感的城市奥体中心建筑组群，重新构建独具奥体精神属性的场所意义。

The project site is located at the intersection of Shanghui Road and Loudong Street in Ouhai District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It borders Bantang Street to the east and is adjacent to the south to a 125-meter-wide channel designated for the Asian Games dragon boat racing events.

设计策略

Design strategy

瓯海区奥体中心创意脱胎于温州国家级非物质文化遗产“龙灯舞”的艺术特质和动感态势。设计方案以“月升沧海，山水共融”为核心设计理念，力图打破传统封闭式奥体中心一场两馆的刻板模式，用灵动诗意的设计手法将奥体中心与滨河体育公园和2000米龙舟河道整体设计，以远山为背景，以绿化为底色，以湖水为灵魂，以步行路线和视觉通廊的为大动脉，完全串联起奥体中心和城市、体育公园、水岸与远山五者之间的联系。

‌The Ouhai Olympic Sports Center‌ draws creative inspiration from Wenzhou’s national intangible cultural heritage, the “Dragon Lantern Dance,” embodying its artistic essence and dynamic rhythm. The design concept, “Moonrise Over the Vast Sea, Harmony Between Mountains and Water,” reimagines the conventional enclosed “one stadium, two arenas” model of traditional sports centers. Instead, it employs a fluid and poetic design approach to integrate the Olympic Sports Center with the riverside sports park and the 2,000 - meter dragon boat racing channel. With distant mountains as the backdrop, greenery as the canvas, and the lake as the soul, the layout is seamlessly connected through pedestrian pathways and visual corridors—serving as the lifelines that intertwine the Olympic Sports Center with the city, the sports park, the waterfront, and the surrounding mountains.

功能组织

Functional structure

项目建设场地靠近北侧城市界面的区域，依次布局服务城市多功能属性最强的体育馆和游泳馆，体育场和体育配套靠近南侧龙舟赛道和西南侧L型龙舟绿带公园布局，三个场馆之间以完全开放的6米架空城市共享平台相连。围绕组团各核心场馆设置场馆功能和体育配套服务，个性化对单体空间和流线组织展开设计，以期形成丰富的临街公共界面和成熟的交通留下你组织，激活城市街区活力，也为场馆高效运营创造巨大空间。

The project site is located near the northern city boundary, featuring sequentially arranged gymnasium and natatorium with strong- multifunctional services. The stadium and sports facilities are positioned close to the Dragon Boat Raceway’s southern side and the L-shaped Greenbelt Park’s southwest. A 6-meter open-air platform connects all three venues. The design organizes functional spaces and services around core venues, creating efficient circulation and vibrant public interfaces while optimizing urban block vitality and operational efficiency.

叙事空间

Narrative Space

方案在三个场馆之间设计6米标高悬浮共享平台，在不同方向以舒缓的室外台阶与地面广场相连，通过设计双首层广场的空间模式，立体高效组织体育馆、游泳馆和体育场等流线，努力构建新颖的叙事空间动线。

The design features a 6-meter elevated shared platform connecting all three venues, with gently sloping outdoor staircases linking it to ground-level plazas in multiple directions. This dual-entry plaza spatial configuration three-dimensionally and efficiently organizes circulation for the gymnasium, natatorium, and stadium, creating an innovative narrative spatial sequence through its architectural choreography.

生态景观

Ecological Landscape Architecture

方案呼应南侧城市景观主轴和北侧125米龙舟比赛河道，创造出全新双层立体景观平台，顺延建筑向上旋飞的态势在双层景观平台去布局自由放射飞舞形态的绿化景观和色彩奔放的空中景观广场。在作为城市衔接区的北侧入口广场设计可举办大型户外展示的草坪区，设计若干高大树木从悬浮平台的圆形共享中庭中穿越而出，打造空间感丰富的立体景观漫游路线。生动自然地打造“传统城市肌理–人造生态广场–天然山水风景”柔顺过渡。

The design responds to the urban landscape axis to the south and the 125-meter dragon boat racing channel to the north, creating a innovative two-tiered landscape platform. Following the building’s soaring spiral form, the double-level platform features freely radiating green landscapes and vibrant aerial plaza arrangements. At the northern entrance plaza serving as the urban interface, the design incorporates a green capable of hosting large outdoor exhibitions. Several towering trees emerge dramatically from the circular, forming a spatially rich three-dimensional landscape promenade. This approach achieves a graceful transition between “traditional urban fabric – artificial ecological plazas – natural mountain-water scenery” through dynamic yet organic design gestures.
