“松林之家”位于西班牙瓦伦西亚一块住宅用地上，回应了一个大家庭的愿望：打造一座能够实现共享、集体化和灵活生活方式的第二居所。这不仅是一栋传统意义上的单户住宅，而是一座多户同居的住宅，不同的家庭成员生活在同一个屋檐下，在保持亲密联系的同时，也享有各自的独立空间。

Located on a residential plot in Valencia, Casa de les Pinetes responds to the desire of an extended family to create a second home that would facilitate shared, collective, and flexible living. More than a conventional single-family house, it is conceived as a multifamily residence, where different family units live together under one roof, balancing independence and close bonds.

项目的复杂性通过一项清晰的策略加以回应：将这座住宅理解为一个关系系统，其影响力超越建筑本身。日常生活在四个相互独立又互相联系的功能体之间展开：主屋、车库、户外厨房（paellero）以及泳池。这些元素共同构成了一个促进社交与共享的生活场景。它们各自具备独立逻辑，又彼此关联，从而形成适应多样节奏与用途的开放式生活方式。

The complexity of the program is addressed through a clear strategy: understanding the house not just as a primary dwelling, but as a system of relationships that extends beyond its built limits. Daily activities unfold across a constellation of four autonomous yet interconnected elements — the main house, a garage, a paellero (outdoor kitchen), and a swimming pool — which together structure communal life. Each has its own logic, yet they are all interrelated, enabling an open way of living adapted to different rhythms and uses.

主屋采用14×14米的正方形平面，简洁的几何形体保障了结构紧凑性与建造的简便性。空间布局被划分为两个主要带状区域：东侧为共享空间（入口、厨房、客餐厅），面向户外与南向阳光开放；西侧则布置了三个带独立卫生间的卧室单元，在共享居所中提供了隐私和独立性。

The main house is laid out on a square 14 × 14 m plan — an essential geometry that ensures compactness and structural simplicity. The program is distributed across two main bands: to the east, shared spaces — entrance, kitchen, living-dining room — open to the outdoors and to the southern light; to the west, three en-suite bedrooms are arranged in sequence, offering privacy and autonomy within a shared domestic framework.

客餐厅自然延伸至一处宽敞露台，串联起家庭生活与花园及周边自然景观。面朝西的卧室在傍晚接收柔和温暖的光线，营造出安静私密的氛围。

The living-dining area extends naturally onto a generous terrace that links domestic life with the garden and the surrounding landscape. The bedrooms, facing west, receive soft, warm light at the end of the day, creating a calm and intimate atmosphere.

建筑系统强调简约、高效与材料诚实性。围护结构为双层墙体：内层为热陶砖承重墙，提供良好热惯性与结构稳定性；外层采用空心砖结合高性能保温材料，有效消除热桥，提升建筑能效。

The construction system emphasizes simplicity, efficiency, and material honesty. The enclosure is composed of a double-wall system: an inner load-bearing wall made of thermo-clay provides thermal mass and stability, while an outer layer of hollow brick, combined with high-performance insulation, eliminates thermal bridges and enhances energy efficiency.

材料选择上以地中海传统为灵感，结合现代克制的设计语言。陶瓷贯穿整体建筑：裸露的陶瓦吊顶、手工砖砌基座与窗台、以及用于外部铺装与内置家具的手工瓷砖。诸如陶瓷通风砖和屋顶溢水口等传统元素被重新演绎，保留其原始逻辑的同时注入当代审美。

Material choices revisit Mediterranean tradition with a contemporary and restrained approach. Ceramics, a defining material of the region, is used throughout: exposed clay vaults in the ceilings, handmade face brick for base courses and window sills, and artisanal tiles in the exterior paving and built-in furniture. Traditional features like ceramic ventilation grilles at the base of the walls and roof scuppers are reinterpreted, respecting their original logic.

外立面采用石灰洗涤砂浆饰面，强化轻盈、透气、低维护的理念。室内则使用连续现浇地面材质贯穿各空间，模糊室内外的界限。窗户系统采用外铝内木组合，兼具耐久性与温暖质感，大尺寸开口既保证与花园的强连接性，也不牺牲热舒适性。

The facade is finished with a washed lime mortar, reinforcing principles of lightness, breathability, and low maintenance. Indoors, a continuous in-situ floor finish unifies the spaces and smooths the transition between inside and out. The window joinery combines aluminum on the exterior with wood on the interior, offering durability and warmth, while generous openings ensure a strong connection to the garden without compromising thermal comfort.
