Origo面包坊丨西班牙巴塞罗那丨Isern Serra

Origo面包坊的设计旨在将每一款产品背后的工艺与匠心置于空间核心。这是一个诚实而简约的空间，通过天然材料与手工元素来追寻宁静感。一件巨型雕塑式装置作为面包展示区，象征着空间的核心。在这里，顾客不仅可以享用新鲜出炉的产品，还可以亲眼见证制作过程，营造出超越购物本身的沉浸式体验。

Origo’s design puts the craftsmanship and dedication behind each product at the forefront. It is an honest and simple space that seeks serenity through natural materials and handmade elements. A large sculptural element, which serves as a bread display, symbolizes the heart of the space. Here, visitors can not only enjoy fresh products, but also witness the production process, promoting an immersive experience that goes beyond simple purchasing.

Origo面包坊不只是一个地点，更是一种对真实纯粹的致敬，邀请每一位来访者一同赞颂简约之美。这个由Isern Serra设计的面包工坊，保留了传统与品质的精髓，营造出一个沉浸式的环境，让顾客感受到每一件产品背后的工艺过程与专注投入。

In conclusion, Origo is more than just a place; is a tribute to authenticity, inviting everyone to celebrate the beauty of simplicity. This workshop, designed by Isern Serra, preserves the essence of tradition and quality, creating an immersive environment where visitors can appreciate the process and dedication behind each product.

工作坊与店铺区是项目的两个主要区域。项目的两个朝街入口，其中一个通往店铺区，另一个则设有可观赏工作坊的橱窗。

The project is divided into two large areas: the workshop and the public store. With two entrances from the street, one gives access to the store, while the other has a window with views of the workshop.

狭长的空间形态是该项目的一大挑战，设计团队将其转化为机遇：一条修长而醒目的建筑展示台成为空间的核心元素，用于陈列所有面包与糕点。其旁是一座由染色伊罗科木与不锈钢台面打造的咖啡吧台，旨在营造出温暖氛围，并与整体环境和谐融合。空间上方悬挂着由Frama出品的六盏不锈钢吊灯，为空间注入柔和的光线。

The long, narrow shape of the establishment posed a challenge that became an opportunity: the long, prominent and architectural bar becomes the central element of the space, where all the breads and pastries are displayed. Next to it, a cafeteria bar made of dyed iroko and stainless steel top provides warmth and combines perfectly with the surroundings. They are illuminated with the composition of six stainless steel lamps from Frama.

大地色系建筑涂层呼应了小麦的自然色调，而手工涂抹的生态黏土墙面则带来独特的细腻肌理与变化。Origo面包坊的尽头设有一个类似“广场”的共享空间，顾客可在配有Frama高脚凳的微水泥吧台试吃产品，或在一张超大操作台边就座，通过大玻璃窗观察烘焙师的现场操作，形成沉浸式体验。该区域配备Serax壁灯——造型几何的混凝土灯具，为空间增添雕塑感。

The single-color architectural layer in earth tones evokes the color of wheat, while the ecoclay walls, applied manually, add texture and unique nuances. At the end of the store there is an agora where users can try the products, either in a high micro-cemented work bar with Frama stools or in a large work stand with large windows that allow them to observe the bakers in action, creating a immersive experience. This area is illuminated with Serax sconces, a concrete luminaire with a very geometric shape.

该项目设计的目标，是让顾客感觉自己就是面包坊的一部分。该区域以陶土砖墙和陶土树脂地面为特色，空间内部布满烤炉、搅拌机与工作台，这些不锈钢设备在陶土色的统一背景下格外醒目。

The objective was for visitors to feel part of the workshop. This space stands out for its terracotta tile walls and a terracotta resin floor, full of ovens, mixers and work tables, all of them stainless steel that stand out in that monochrome terracotta tone stain.

标志性的陶土色不仅定义了室内氛围，也延伸至入口区域。步入前，访客会先经过一个小型的户外空间，地面与长凳铺设陶土砖，墙面也使用同色调的肌理涂层处理。

The terracotta color, which defines the interior, also extends to the entrances. Before entering, visitors find a small outdoor area with a floor and bench covered in terracotta tiles and textured walls in the same tone.

Origo面包坊不仅仅是一个购买面包的地方。每一次造访，都是对传统、品质与真实致敬。

Origo is not just a place to buy bread; It is a tribute to tradition and quality, where each visit is a celebration of authenticity.
