项目概况
Project Overview
项目位于江西省南昌市新建区,规划范围东至潼溪湖,西至延安路,北至洪洲大道,南至吉安路,项目总用地面积约 221 亩,建筑面积 125590.5 平方米。基地南面为轻武器展示区及轻武器演示区,东面临向湖泊,湖边绿地生态景观良好。学院主要功能包括:教学楼、学术中心、大礼堂、图书馆、宿舍、食堂以及拓展运动设施等。建成后的中共南昌市委党校迁建项目将承担对党员和党员干部进行培训教育、党的建设理论研究,以及对党组织和党员状况的调查研究等任务。

The project is located in Xinjian District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Its planned area ranges east to Tongxi Lake, west to Yan’an Road, north to Hongzhou Avenue, and south to Ji’an Road, with a total land area of approximately 221 mu and a construction area of 125,590.5 square meters. To the south of the base lie the light weapons exhibition area and light weapons demonstration area, while the east faces a lake, where the green ecological landscape along the lakeside is in good condition.The main functions of the college include teaching buildings, an academic center, an auditorium, a library, dormitories, a canteen, and expansion sports facilities, etc. Once completed, the relocated project of the Party School of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee will undertake tasks such as training and educating Party members and Party cadres, conducting theoretical research on Party building, and carrying out investigations and studies on the status of Party organizations and Party members.

总体规划布局在深入分析基地条件的基础上,融合党校的功能模式,形成 “两轴、一带” 的规划结构,打造环境优美、特色鲜明的校园。两轴为沿西面城市道路设置主入轴线和沿北面城市道路设置次入口轴线。一带为用地东面原有湖,结合场地环境,最大限度利用湖景,与建筑形成自由开放的景观带。
Based on an in-depth analysis of the base conditions, the overall planning layout integrates the functional mode of the Party School to form a planning structure of “two axes and one belt”, aiming to create a campus with a beautiful environment and distinct characteristics. The two axes refer to the main entrance axis set along the urban road on the west side and the secondary entrance axis set along the urban road on the north side. The “one belt” is the existing lake on the east side of the land. By combining with the site environment and maximizing the use of the lake view, it forms a free and open landscape belt together with the buildings.

“叠山理水,因地制宜”
Landscaping with Hills and Waters, Suiting Measures to Local Conditions
“叠山”—— 场地现状整体呈西高东低态势,规划中充分尊重与保留原有场地的自然形态,以维护与延续其生态格局,并通过建筑与绿廊这一特质来创造校园的景观特色。建筑以一种低密度的、散开的、有机生长的形态散落在场地各处。▼环境分析,Analysis of environment© 华南理工大学建筑设计研究院有限公司
“Stacking Mountains” – The existing site generally slopes from west to east. In the planning, full respect is paid to and the original natural form of the site is preserved to maintain and continue its ecological pattern. Moreover, the landscape characteristics of the campus are created through the integration of buildings and green corridors. The buildings are scattered across the site in a low-density, dispersed and organically growing form.

“理水”—— 基地东侧比邻风景秀丽的生态水库自然景观,根据基地内部西高东低的场地条件与环境特点,因势利导,引水造景,体现因地制宜的思想。规划将基地中部低洼处规划水面,与东侧的水系相连,在基地核心临水,形成全校的生态景观核心,近看 “碧波荡漾”,远观 “一碧万顷”,形成 “远近高低各不同” 的万象之景。
“Managing Waters” – The east side of the base is adjacent to the scenic natural landscape of an ecological reservoir. In accordance with the site’s internal condition of sloping from west to east and its environmental characteristics, water is channeled to create landscapes by following the natural topography, embodying the idea of adapting to local conditions. The low-lying area in the middle of the base is planned as a water surface, connecting with the water system on the east side. The core area of the base is adjacent to the water, forming the ecological landscape core of the entire campus. Close by, one can see “rippling blue waves”; from a distance, there is a view of “a vast expanse of blue”. Thus, a varied landscape of “different scenes from near, far, high and low” is created.

“共融共享,以人为本”
Integration and Sharing, People-Oriented
图书馆、大礼堂、食堂作为整体学院的重点资源共享区位于学院中心区,能有效辐射整个校区,其他各大功能版块围绕中部核心分散布局,彼此相对独立,既能实现公共资源高效共享,又能方便各分区统筹管理,二者联动协调,一体发展,营造出一个基于 “开放、交流、协作” 的人性化、专业化的校区。▼共融共享,Integration and Sharing © 华南理工大学建筑设计研究院有限公司

The library, auditorium, and cafeteria, as key resource-sharing areas of the entire college, are located in the central zone, enabling effective coverage of the whole campus. Other major functional sections are distributed around the central core in a decentralized manner, each maintaining relative independence. This layout not only facilitates efficient sharing of public resources but also simplifies the coordinated management of each division. The two aspects interact harmoniously and develop as an integrated whole, creating a human-oriented and professional campus built on the principles of “openness, communication, and collaboration.”

“生态优先,绿色学院”
Ecology First, Green College
建筑布局错落有致,整体朝东打开,将自然水体景观最大化引入学院。规划坚持 “节约资源、保护环境、减少污染、适用高效” 的绿色学院理念,运用各种低碳节能技术,使八一干部学院成为可持续发展的绿色生态学院。
The buildings are arranged in a well-proportioned and staggered manner, with the overall layout opening eastward to maximize the introduction of natural water landscapes into the college. Adhering to the green college philosophy of “resource conservation, environmental protection, pollution reduction, and applicability with high efficiency”, the planning adopts various low-carbon and energy-saving technologies, enabling Bayi Cadre College to develop into a sustainable green ecological institute.

校区建筑主要采用现代与传统相融合的建筑风格。建筑设计造型简洁明快,既符合党校典雅端庄的特质,又凸显个性。
The campus buildings mainly adopt an architectural style that integrates modern and traditional elements. The architectural design features a concise and lively form, which not only conforms to the elegant and dignified characteristics of the Party School but also highlights its unique personality.

图书馆采用方形的构成,与原有展示馆的圆形构成形成对比,彰显了相异的建筑性格。
The library adopts a square composition, which contrasts with the circular composition of the existing exhibition hall, highlighting their distinct architectural personalities.

教学楼层宿舍均设置坡屋顶,食堂为平屋顶,平坡结合进一步丰富校区建筑造型,营造尺度宜人的建筑。
Both the teaching buildings and dormitories are designed with pitched roofs, while the canteen features a flat roof. The combination of flat and pitched roofs further enriches the architectural forms of the campus and creates buildings with a pleasant scale.
