"家，是心灵的栖息地，也是生活的舞台。" 本案业主希望打造一个既能承载传统文化底蕴，又能满足现代生活需求的雅致空间。设计师以新中式风格为基调，融入智能科技元素，在保留东方美学神韵的同时，赋予空间更多便捷与舒适。

Home is a sanctuary for the soul and a stage for life." The homeowners hoped to create an elegant space that could both embody the essence of traditional culture and meet the demands of modern living. The designer took the neo-Chinese style as the foundation, integrating smart technological elements to endow the space with greater convenience and comfort while preserving the charm of Oriental aesthetics

REMODEL

户型改造：功能与美学的双重升级

设计师在保留原始户型通透优势的基础上，对空间进行了精细化调整：

公共区域重构：打破传统隔阂，打造开放式客餐厅，视野开阔，动线流畅

主卧布局优化：划分睡眠区与休闲区，提升空间利用率，营造舒适睡眠环境

收纳系统升级：充分利用墙面和角落空间，定制嵌入式柜体，满足多样化收纳需求

The designer refined the spatial layout while preserving the original apartment’s inherent advantage of good ventilation and lighting:

Public Area Restructuring: Breaking conventional barriers to create an open-concept living and dining area, achieving unobstructed sightlines and smooth circulation.

Master Bedroom Optimization: Dividing the space into sleeping and leisure zones to enhance space utilization and create a more comfortable sleeping environment.

Storage System Upgrade: Maximizing wall and corner spaces with customized built-in cabinetry to meet diverse storage needs.

LIVING ROOM

客厅：无主灯设计，营造层次光影

步入客厅，首先映入眼帘的是那无主灯的智能化照明系统。磁吸轨道灯与隐藏式灯带组合，营造出多层次的光影效果，让空间显得更加立体和生动。

材质碰撞：岩板与木饰面拼接的电视背景墙，刚柔并济，展现东方美学的包容性。悬浮式电视柜轻盈灵动，搭配电子壁炉，为空间注入一丝暖意。

智能交互：内嵌的智能家居控制面板，轻轻一触即可掌控全屋设备，科技感十足。

周末的午后，阳光透过全景落地窗洒落一地，智能窗帘系统自动调节光线强度，业主可以慵懒地躺在沙发上，享受难得的休闲时光。

Stepping into the living room, the first thing that catches the eye is the smart lighting system without a main fixture. A combination of magnetic track lights and recessed LED strips creates multi-dimensional lighting effects, adding depth and vitality to the space.

Material Contrast: The TV feature wall showcases an artistic fusion of slate stone and wood veneer—a perfect balance of strength and softness that embodies the inclusive spirit of Eastern aesthetics. The floating TV console, paired with an electric fireplace, adds a touch of warmth and visual lightness.

Smart Interaction: An embedded smart home control panel allows effortless command over all home devices with just a touch, blending cutting-edge technology seamlessly into daily life.

On a lazy weekend afternoon, sunlight pours in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, while the smart curtain system automatically adjusts the lighting. The homeowners can recline on the sofa, basking in the perfect ambiance for relaxation.

RESTAURANT

餐厅：可伸缩餐桌，打造用餐仪式感

餐厅区域延续了客厅的雅致格调，可伸缩智能餐桌灵活应对不同用餐需求，艺术吊灯洒下温暖光线，营造出温馨的用餐氛围。

空间联动：开放式设计与客厅相连，视野开阔，家人之间的互动更加亲密。

细节考量：餐桌紧邻厨房，上菜动线便捷，生活更加高效。

The dining area continues the elegant style of the living room. The retractable smart dining table can flexibly accommodate various dining needs, while the artistic chandelier casts a warm glow, creating a cozy dining atmosphere.

Spatial connectivity: With its open design connecting to the living room, it offers a broad view and fosters closer interaction among family members.

Detail consideration: The dining table’s proximity to the kitchen ensures a convenient serving route, making life more efficient.

KITCHEN

厨房：智能科技赋能美味生活

厨房采用了开放式设计，配置了智能烟灶联动系统，让烹饪变得更加轻松和便捷。石英石台面延伸出多功能早餐吧台，既增加了操作空间，又成为了家人交流互动的新场所。嵌入式冰箱与蒸烤箱实现厨电一体化，吊柜底部集成的感应灯带，照亮操作台面，烹饪更加得心应手。

The kitchen features an open-concept design equipped with a smart smoke and stove联动 system, making cooking more effortless and convenient. The quartz countertop extends into a versatile breakfast bar, not only adding workspace but also creating a new spot for family interaction. The built-in refrigerator and steam oven achieve seamless kitchen appliance integration, while the motion-sensing LED strip under the overhead cabinet illuminates the countertop, allowing for more efficient and enjoyable cooking.

BEDROOM

卧室：智能调光，舒适休憩空间

卧室是休息和放松的地方，设计师在这里运用了智能调光玻璃隔断，划分出睡眠区和休闲区。床头集成的环境监测显示屏，让业主随时了解室内环境状况。步入式衣帽间采用茶色玻璃门搭配自动感应照明系统，内置智能除湿装置，既美观又实用。在这里，低饱和度的色彩搭配和柔和的灯光设计，营造出宁静祥和的睡眠环境。

The bedroom is a space for rest and relaxation. The designer incorporated smart dimmable glass partitions to separate the sleeping area from the lounge area. An integrated environmental monitoring display by the bed allows the homeowner to check indoor conditions at any time. The walk-in closet features smoked glass doors paired with motion-sensing lighting and a built-in smart dehumidifier, combining aesthetics with functionality. Here, the low-saturation color palette and soft lighting design create a tranquil and harmonious sleep environment.

KIDS’ROOM

儿童房：成长空间的无限可能

儿童房以浅灰背景墙和浅木色地板奠定中性基调，搭配米白、浅绿、深棕的软装层次，营造出一个既温馨又富有成长性的空间。床体居中设计，左侧深棕衣柜满足收纳需求，右侧浅绿书桌则兼顾了学习功能。这样的设计，既符合孩子的审美需求，也陪伴着他们健康快乐地成长。

The children’s room features a neutral palette with light gray accent walls and pale wood flooring, complemented by layered soft furnishings in cream, light green, and deep brown tones to create a warm yet adaptable space for growth. The centrally placed bed is flanked by a deep brown wardrobe on the left for storage and a light green study desk on the right, balancing functionality with learning needs. This design not only aligns with a child’s aesthetic preferences but also nurtures their healthy and joyful development.

这个家没有刻意的新中式符号，却将东方美学解构成：岩板与木饰面的材质对白、智能与人文的功能共生、留白与收纳的空间哲学，当清晨的阳光穿过智能调光玻璃，当晚餐的香气萦绕在可变色温的吊灯下，我们体会到：真正的雅致新中，不是元素的堆砌，而是让科技为生活写诗。

This home deliberately avoids overt ’New Chinese’ design clichés, instead deconstructing Eastern aesthetics into: a material dialogue between stone slabs and wood veneers, a symbiotic fusion of smart technology and human-centric functionality, and a spatial philosophy balancing emptiness and storage. When morning light filters through smart dimmable glass, or the aroma of dinner lingers under color-adjustable pendant lights, we realize true refined modernity isn’t about piling up cultural elements—it’s about letting technology compose poetry for daily life.
