北滘镇“十村示范”北滘社区南塘片区(一期)提升项目丨中国佛山丨广东天元建筑设计有限公司（睿住天元）

“十村示范”项目是顺德区委区政府关于建设广东省“百千万工程”典型区十大牵引性工程之首，是全面推进乡村振兴重点工作。为配合顺德区品质提升“十村示范”工作开展,打造宜居绿美村居，北滘镇选取北滘社区南塘片区作为示范点,积极谋划并推进片区品质提升。

The “Ten-Village Demonstration” project is the foremost of the ten key projects designated by the Shunde District Party Committee and District Government to build a model area for Guangdong Province’s “Thousand-Billion-Village Project,” serving as a major initiative to comprehensively advance rural revitalization. To support Shunde District’s quality enhancement efforts under the “Ten-Village Demonstration” initiative and to create livable, green, and beautiful rural communities, Beijiao Town has selected the Nantang area of Beijiao Community as a demonstration site, actively planning and advancing the area’s quality improvement.

北滘社区南塘片区，位于广东省佛山市顺德区北滘居委会合成路东侧、细海河西侧，三面环水。片区面积共计约6万平方米，现存110栋村民自建住宅，配套设施包括中心水体景观（池塘公园）、篮球场、社区文化舞台及全民健身设施集群。更新活化采用”三美”设计哲学（生活美学/极简美学/自然美学），实践”微更新·轻干预”的改造方法论。通过保留原生建筑肌理、优化公共空间序列、植入功能复合节点三大策略，实现了场所记忆的织补与延续，新旧元素的辩证统一，社区活力的可持续激发。

The Beijiao Community Nantang Enhancement Project adopts a “minimal intervention” approach to revitalize a 60,000 sqm waterfront site featuring 110 vernacular dwellings. The masterplan centers around an adaptive reuse strategy, preserving existing structures while introducing strategic upgrades including a Pond Park core with multifunctional recreational nodes (parking, sports facilities, and community spaces). Guided by the “Life/Simplicity/Nature as Beauty” principle, the design achieves contextual integration through subtle spatial interventions, creating a symbiotic relationship between heritage elements and contemporary amenities. This establishes a replicable model for sustainable community renewal that balances cultural preservation with modern functionality.

设计围绕场地中心位置的“荷塘”开展，将周边碎片化公共空间进行重新梳理与拼接，构建”家园式”社区生活共同体，融入“一环 + 一芯 + 五景” 独特景观结构。创新性设计，既维系了传统聚落的空间叙事，又通过精准的功能植入（休闲/运动/文化复合空间）实现当代生活需求的响应，成为佛山“十村示范”，推动“百千万工程”走深走实。

The design centers on the “Lotus Pond” at the site’s core, reorganizing fragmented public spaces into a cohesive “homelike” community framework with a unique “one ring + one core + five landscapes” structure. Innovatively, it preserves traditional spatial narratives while integrating precise functional insertions (leisure/sports/cultural hybrid spaces) to meet contemporary needs, earning it recognition as a “Model Ten Villages” project in Foshan.

整体布局以“荷韵生活圈”为核心理念，通过植物生态系统的科学性、慢行系统的连贯性与观荷场景的叙事性，构建集生态保育、康体运动、文化体验于一体的乡村景观单元。旨在通过设计，激活荷塘的自然生命力，为村民创造了可参与、可感知、可记忆的公共生活舞台。

Centered on the “Lotus PondLiving Circle” concept, the design synthesizes botanical ecology, slow-mobility continuity, and lotus-viewing narratives to create an integrated rural landscape unit (ecological-fitness-cultural). This intervention reactivates the pond’s biophilic essence while establishing an immersive, participatory communal space for villagers.

设计，激活空间价值。将南塘村原有破旧停车场蜕变为全村核心活动广场，针对场地改造前近2米的高差，设计团队化劣势为优势，通过构建下沉式活动平台，沿地势铺设台阶式坐凳，使原本割裂的场地，转化为兼具仪式感与功能性的「门户形象」空间节点。

The design synergizes Nantang Lotus Pond’s aquatic ecosystem with ECNU’s academic resources, creating experiential learning nodes (Children’s Discovery Hub, Medicinal Herb Garden, Living Science Lab) through spatial reprogramming.

自然研学改造后，设计秉承 “环境反哺经济” 理念，引入运营公司注资打造「阳光花房」综合驿站 ，激活社区60㎡闲置地块，以“自然教育 + 亲子社交”双轮驱动，构建场景化消费新生态。

Post-transformation, the design activates a 60㎡ community plot through eco-economic symbiosis, deploying a corporate-operated “Sunshine Greenhouse” hub leveraging nature pedagogy and parent-child interaction to drive scenario-based consumption ecosystems.

篮球场更新设计，突破传统红绿配色框架，选用更具现代感与和谐氛围的蓝灰配色体系，让场地从视觉层面与周边村居环境深度交融。活力舞台改造后，已成为村民日常开展运动健身、举办各类活动的核心空间。

The basketball court redesign uses contextual blue-gray tones to blend with the village, while the revitalized Theater Zone serves as a multifunctional community hub combining fitness, culture, and social activities.

让每处更新都成为乡村记忆的延续而非割裂。当旧石凳的苔痕与新花基的砖纹对话，当压印路面的竹编纹样呼应着远处的晒谷架，乡村的烟火气便在「少拆」的克制与「焕新」的巧思中，实现了生态价值、经济成本与文化认同的三重平衡。

Let every update be a continuation of rural memories rather than a disruption.When the moss marks on old stone benches converse with the brick patterns of new flower beds, and the bamboo-woven motifs embossed on the pavement echo the distant grain-drying racks,the hustle and bustle of rural life achieves a triple balance among ecological value, economic cost, and cultural identity—all through the restraint of “minimal demolition” and the ingenuity of “renovation”.

设计以「红墙为引，空间再生」为策略，破解自建房违建困局。拆除杂乱搭建的储物间、临时棚屋后，采用「传统砖墙 + 镂空工艺」，以红砖错缝砌筑基底，层叠镂空砖墙，延续岭南建筑的红墙记忆。通过通透造型，打破原有空间的封闭感。

The design employs a “Red Wall Regeneration” strategy, using staggered red brick bases and layered perforated walls to blend Lingnan style with spatial openness.

遵循“少拆、焕新”原则，保留原有地形地貌、水系、道路廊架及植被，二次利用闲置石凳。建设过程中，协调施工单位以合理价格收购闲置砖瓦，砌成花基；道路大面积采用水泥压印，符合乡村特色景观，减少后期运维成本。

Epilogue

北滘社区相关负责人表示，推进“十村示范”项目最大的困扰不是资金筹措，而是转变居民的观望心态。只有让居民成为主体，“唱主角”“当主演”，才能让项目真正扎根。坚持“长期主义”，引导社会力量参与，让涓涓爱心汇聚成河。在项目实施过程中，摆脱了单纯依靠财政投入的惯性思维和路径依赖，营造了人人积极投入“百千万工程”，人人珍惜和爱护“百千万工程”建设成果的社会新风。南塘片区更新改造，以「轻触式更新」，让乡村肌理自然生长。设计“尊重乡土、激活共生” 为核心理念，以“生活就是美、简单就是美、自然就是美”为美学基底，围绕生态修复、功能重塑、文化传承三大维度展开系统性设计。

The NantangArearevitalization employs “Cultural Symbiosis” as its core principle, grounded in vernacular aesthetics (“Life-Simplicity-Nature”). Through ecological, functional, and cultural interventions, its light-touch approach fosters organic rural regeneration.
