Modern L-Shaped Villa in Al-Salt

This project presents a modern L-shaped villa situated on a sloped plot in Al-Salt, designed as a reverse duplex to harmonize with the natural terrain. The layout consists of a ground floor and a basement level, with a total built-up area of 500 square meters.

The L-shaped design forms a private and spacious courtyard at the center of the villa, enhancing natural light, openness, and promoting a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. This configuration also ensures a functional distribution of spaces, with private and social areas thoughtfully separated.

The design philosophy focuses on maximizing both indoor and outdoor spaces while embracing a minimalist modern aesthetic, characterized by clean lines, a neutral palette, and open, flowing spaces that invite comfort and relaxation.

The exterior finishes blend stone textures, wood panels, and large glass openings, reinforcing the villa’s modern identity while adding a sense of warmth and elegance to the overall look.

Outdoor amenities include a sunken firepit lounge, multiple terraces, landscaped gardens, and private parking, all curated to enhance the villa’s livability and its connection with the surrounding environment.
