微众银行企业总控中心（Enterprise Command Center，简称 ECC）位于其深圳总部大楼的核心区域。作为中国首家数字银行的运维中枢，ECC 承担实时监控、系统协调与风险预判等关键职能，同时以高科技感的空间形象，体现银行对秩序、远见与智能协作的承诺。

WeBank’s Enterprise Command Center (ECC) is located at the core of this digital bank’s Shenzhen headquarters. As the operational hub of China’s first digital bank, the ECC supports real-time monitoring, system coordination, and risk forecasting—ensuring the seamless function of its digital infrastructure.

设计灵感源于对理性、秩序与探索精神的回应。空间结构清晰，逻辑严谨，整体布局仿若正在运行的智能“星舰”。总控中心的核心区域由多个环形工作站构成，配备多屏终端与数据环幕，营造一个高效响应、实时互动的工作网络。

The design is inspired by principles of rational order and continuous exploration.A central ring of multi-screen workstations forms a high-efficiency command zone, surrounded by real-time data walls that enable rapid analysis and coordination.

主操作区上方的玻璃策略舱，象征着企业的决策维度升阶。可调节透明度的玻璃结构强化了视觉与信息的上下贯通，正好回应了银行对技术的透明治理追求。而策略舱下方则隐含一处研发实验室，仿佛一所隐藏的“智能引擎室”。

Above the main floor, a suspended glass strategy pod introduces a second layer of decision-making. Its adjustable transparency maintains visual and informational continuity while symbolizing open governance. Hidden beneath the pod is a compact R&D lab, embedded discreetly like a control core.

在灯光设计上，照明系统与建筑结构形成相互融合，并以线性、无眩光的发光灯膜，力求为这需要高强度专注力的工作空间营造出均匀明亮、而不失活力的工作环境氛围；发光灯膜在不依赖过多物理隔断的条件下，界定了整个空间的各个区域。通过光线在空间内的立体化演绎，赋予了空间核心一种聚焦感与未来感；天花的发光数字装置，实际上是一个实时时钟，为当下办公的人员提供实时的时间提示。

Lighting is fully integrated into the architecture. Linear, glare-free fixtures ensure even illumination, while a luminous ring above the pod defines the central zone without physical partitions—establishing hierarchy through light and spatial geometry. The luminous digital installation on the ceiling provides real-time time prompts.

微众银行企业总控中心不止是一个传统意义上的银行IT监控室，它更是面向未来组织形态的空间雏形，同时更体现了银行对数字金融的理解，以创新、稳健、协同、共赢的文化支撑着银行的稳定运行与战略决策。

More than a traditional control center, the ECC is a prototype for future-ready organizational space. lt reflects WeBank’s commitment to digital finance——a culture of innovation, prudence, collaboration and sharing——driving its stable operation and strategic decision-making.
