▘舊屋轉化，開啟全新的生活樣貌

Transforming an old house into a new way of living

▘此案位於台北鬧中取靜的住宅區，一棟靜靜隱居於巷弄中的舊屋，透過設計的轉化，重生為一處半退休生活的棲居。這不只是空間的更新，更是生活質感的再定義。設計中，大量使用特殊漆與木質元素，讓材質本身的溫潤觸感，調和冷靜的灰色調，並與窗外層層綠意相互呼應。主臥室的大樑以圓弧語彙柔化存在感，同時延展為收納的可能，讓線條燈的光跡自然流動，悄然延續了視覺的節奏。

在空間中，灰綠僅作為點綴，不喧賓奪主，卻讓氛圍更加柔和、輕盈，像是生活裡的一抹溫潤餘韻。走至陽台，則迎來一場意外的驚喜搶眼的玫瑰粉特殊漆，映襯窗外的自然綠景，成為室內外對話的轉折，也為日常注入一份鮮活與詩意，這是一段老屋重生的故事，不只是修復舊有結構，更是將居住者的生活狀態與心境，轉化為一處安然且自在的居所。

▘Located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Taipei, this hidden old house has been transformed into a serene retreat for semi-retired living. It is not merely a renovation, but a redefinition of quality of life.

The design embraces textured finishes and warm wooden elements, softening the cool tones of gray while echoing the lush greenery outside the windows. In the master bedroom, the once-imposing beam is reinterpreted with a gentle curve, turning into both a design feature and functional storage. Subtle linear lighting continues the visual rhythm, guiding the gaze effortlessly across the space.

Hints of gray-green are introduced only in accents—never overpowering, but adding softness and calm to the overall atmosphere. On the balcony, however, a bold touch of rose-pink textured paint creates a striking contrast. It frames the outdoor greenery and forms a vivid dialogue between interior and exterior, infusing everyday life with freshness and poetry.

This is a story of rebirth—where an old house is not simply restored, but reimagined as a dwelling that reflects the residents’ life stage, offering a sense of ease, warmth, and quiet joy.
