作为香馥旗下新品牌支线CHAMPFAU的第一间门店，店铺内容从原有的咖啡轻食供应，拓展到咖啡豆烘焙，艺术陈展，酒类供应等更多方面。场地位于汀山工业园区的沿街一楼，周边环境混杂。设计将原有的建筑外墙砖进行刷白，同时采用水洗石等周边旧城区常用的建筑材料，目的是在保留原有场地肌理的前提下，又能鹤立于场地周边环境。为了应对区域糟糕的市政排水系统，入口区域进行了抬高处理，防止积水倒灌进室内。整个店铺分为咖啡厅及展厅两部分，中间通过玻璃隔墙保持视觉相通。

As the inaugural store of CHAMPFAU, a new sub-brand under the Sharefoods portfolio, the venue expands its offerings from the original coffee and light meals to include coffee bean roasting, art exhibitions, and alcoholic beverages. Located on the ground floor facing the street in Tingshan Industrial Park, the site is surrounded by a mixed environment. The design involves painting the original exterior brick walls white and using materials common in the old urban areas, such as terrazzo, aiming to preserve the original site texture while allowing the building to soar above its surroundings. To address the poor municipal drainage system in the area, the entrance was raised to prevent water from flowing back indoors. The entire space is divided into a café and an exhibition area, with visual connectivity maintained through a glass partition.

以“屋顶”为题

Under the “Roof”

咖啡厅总面积为245平方米，包括以吧台为中心的咖啡厅区域，烘豆间，以及裱花间后厨区域。

The café covers a total area of 245 square meters, including the café area centered around the bar, a roasting room, and a back-of-house area for cake decorating.

设计将一个长达10m的吧台斜向放置于场地中心，想象关于人在屋檐下的惬意活动与安心感，于是一个简单的木屋顶雏形便完成了。木屋顶采用白蜡木加海洋板构成，通过挂件进行吊装。屋顶前端为两根超过四米的整根木梁柱，木头由同一根东莞本地的樟木树桩切割而成，在店内也能闻到一丝樟香。

The design features a 10-meter-long bar placed diagonally at the center of the space. Inspired by the idea of poetic activities and a sense of security under the eaves, a simple wooden roof structure was conceived. The wooden roof, made of ash wood and marine plywood, is suspended using hanging fittings. The front end of the roof is supported by two entire wooden beams, each over four meters long, cut from the same camphor tree stump sourced locally in Dongguan, imparting a subtle camphor fragrance within the space.

烘豆间通过旋转玻璃门进行空间常闭，独立控温，同时安装的纱帘也能灵活划分不同区域的使用。

The roasting room is kept closed off with a rotating glass door, featuring independent temperature control. Sheer curtains are also installed to allow flexible zoning for different functional needs.

吧台及裱花间后勤区域都采用了单层清水砖直接砌筑而成，矮墙采用齐缝砌，高墙则采用错缝砌法。

The bar and the back-of-house area for cake decorating are constructed using single-layer fair-faced brick masonry, with low walls laid in straight joints and high walls in staggered joints.

裱花间后门遮雨屋顶采用不锈钢波纹板及角钢构建而成，能够很好的疏导雨水，最后通过不锈钢链条将雨水导入种植池中。

The awning over the back door of the cake decorating room is made of corrugated stainless steel and angle steel, effectively channeling rainwater, which is then directed into planting beds via stainless steel chains.

展厅区域区别于咖啡厅的木构屋顶，采用了白色的纱帘屋顶。软性布料的控制区别于硬性材料，需要运用到服装打版的技术进行初步模拟，且不同布料的延申性也完全不同，通过超过五次的打版实验，才确定了现在的造型，然后才是封边及布料缝制方法的选择。最终完成这个5.25m*5.25m的柔软屋顶。展厅总面积为155平方米，保留大部分留白空间，以供业主进行临时活动及展览所用。

In contrast to the wooden roof of the café, the exhibition area features a white sheer fabric roof. The manipulation of soft fabrics, unlike rigid materials, required preliminary simulations using garment pattern-making techniques. The extensibility of different fabrics also varies significantly, necessitating over five pattern experiments to finalize the current form, followed by decisions on edge sealing and sewing methods. The final result is a soft roof measuring 5.25m by 5.25m. The exhibition area has a total area of 155 square meters, retaining ample blank space to accommodate temporary events and exhibitions organized by the owner.
