Intervention in Built Fabric: A Case for Calcutta is my dissertation for my Bachelors degree in Architecture. The project tries to tie together its understanding of the texture of Calcutta’s urban fabric, with different approaches to intervention. The intent is to look into the city’s eclecticism as a departure point for potential interventions in its fabric.
