Lithe 甜品店丨中国重庆丨植入设计

在重庆九龙坡区的劳动二村，一间甜品工作室在老居民楼的一层悄然诞生，与周边兴起的社区商业一样，它的出现同样源于城市更新的契机。原本只专注于线上运营的“Lithe”，此次选择开设线下门店，不仅是为了延续外送服务，更希望为社区提供一个温暖而友好的共享空间。

In Chongqing’s Jiulongpo District, a dessert studio quietly took shape on the ground floor of an old residential block. Like the rise of neighborhood shops around it, its arrival was also sparked by the city’s ongoing renewal. Previously operating solely online, Lithe chose to establish a physical presence—not only to continue its delivery service but also to create a warm and welcoming shared space for the community.

原始空间为两室一厅，其中一室被改造成蛋糕制作的后厨，而临街的一室与客厅则成为主要的设计区域。围绕这40平方米的场地，我们提出了一个核心概念——“社区堂屋”。在传统住宅中，堂屋是家庭的中心空间，也是邻里往来的客厅。我们借用这一意象，将工作室塑造成一个既能售卖蛋糕，又能承载交流与停留的共享场所。

The 40-square-meter unit was originally a traditional residential space with two rooms and a living area. One room was converted into a production kitchen, while the street-facing room and the former living area became the core of the design. Inspired by the traditional Chinese tángwū (main hall)—a central space in the home for family life and social interaction—the project reinterprets this concept as a Community Living Room: a space that bridges production and hospitality, commerce and community.

因此，我们将就餐区的座位沿两面墙排布，营造出围坐的氛围。老居民楼的红砖墙被部分保留下来，下半部分刻意裸露，展现出年代感与原始质地。新与旧在空间中相互叠加，形成鲜明对比。照明设计上，我们采用传统的钨丝灯泡，并在底部加装半透光亚克力，使光线柔和不刺眼，在怀旧氛围中增添了几分温润。

Seating is arranged along two walls to create an intimate, face-to-face gathering atmosphere within the square space. The original red-brick walls of the building are retained, showcasing the authentic texture of the construction itself. The combination of new and old materials produces a striking yet harmonious contrast. Filament bulbs hang above semi-translucent acrylic panels, which diffuse the light to cast a soft, comfortable glow, enhancing the nostalgic character of the space.

堂屋与街道之间保持开放，阳光自然涌入，也让空间更贴近社区生活。关于雨棚,我们以老社区中常见的晾晒床单的景象作为设计概念。以松木、镀锌板和布艺组合而成的雨棚装置，既解决了挡雨的功能问题，又延续了熟悉的生活气息。

The space maintains an open connection to the street, allowing natural sunlight to flood in and fostering a closer relationship with everyday community life. The awning takes inspiration from a familiar neighborhood scene—the sight of bedsheets hanging out to dry. Made of pine, galvanized metal, and fabric, it not only provides shelter from rain but also brings the familiar textures and rhythms of daily life into the space.

吧台的设计则以运营效率为核心考虑。由于外送仍是主要业务，后吧台承担了堂食甜品与饮品的制作功能，而前吧台则保持简洁，用于出餐与打包发货。

The service bar was designed with operational efficiency in mind. As delivery remains the primary business, the back bar is dedicated to preparing desserts and beverages for dine-in orders, while the front bar is kept uncluttered, leaving ample space for serving and packaging.

在有限的空间里，这间小小的蛋糕工作室实现了生活与社交、生产与消费的平衡。它延续了社区的日常氛围，并赋予老建筑新的生命力，使这里既是甜品店，也是当代语境下的“社区堂屋”。

Despite its modest footprint, the dessert shop achieves a balance between living and socializing, production and consumption. It preserves the rhythms of community life while injecting new vitality into an aging building. More than a place for desserts, it serves as a Community Living Room for contemporary urban life.
