3D Visualization – Private House, 78 m² (Second Floor)

This project presents the second floor of a 78 m² private house, visualized with attention to both technical precision and atmosphere. The task included several zones: a home office, bathroom, bedroom, sports & relaxation room, and staircase area. Each space was developed according to a detailed design brief, with an emphasis on comfort, light, and functionality.

The office was designed as a calm and minimalistic workspace with custom-made furniture models created specifically for this project. The bathroom combines clean lines and warm materials, highlighting textures and light reflections. The bedroom emphasizes coziness through soft tones and delicate lighting scenarios, while the sports & relaxation area was visualized with clarity and functionality in mind. Even the staircase area, often overlooked, was treated as an important architectural accent, with refined lighting that enhances the geometry of the space.

Throughout the process, I was flexible with revisions, ensuring the designer’s vision was fully respected and achieved. Many furniture elements were modeled from scratch to maintain accuracy and uniqueness. This approach allows the visualization to not only present the design, but to serve as a strong communication tool between designer, client, and builders.
