淮安都天坊的老街上，时光像块被磨得温润的老玉，而「芬芳」就藏在这片旧韵里。在保留原红砖建筑外墙下，黑色的铁质门窗搭配黑色小方砖，透露出一丝冷峻。做旧的竹子与钢架交织的造型，简约而不失精致。

On the old street of Haitianfang in Huai’an, time flows like a piece of jade polished smooth by the years, and “Fragrance” is nestled within this timeless charm.Beneath the preserved red brick exterior walls, black iron doors and windows paired with black square tiles lend a touch of austerity.The design intertwines weathered bamboo with steel frames, achieving simplicity without sacrificing refinement.

推门而入，迎面是挑高的楼层与露着的梁柱，黑灰之色在自然光下幻化出万千层次。左侧的明档厨房犹如舞台，厨师们穿梭其间，铜锅碰撞发出轻吟，热气与锅烟伴随着酱香升腾，漂浮到客人的唇齿之间。

Pushing open the door, one is greeted by soaring ceilings and exposed beams and columns, where shades of black and gray shimmer with countless layers under the natural light.The open kitchen on the left resembles a stage, where chefs bustle about. Copper pots clink softly as they clatter together, while steam and cooking smoke mingle with the savory aroma of sauces, rising to linger on the guests’ palates.

中间的卡座区排列有序，右侧的冲浪板形六人餐桌则增添了一丝趣味。沿着楼梯上到二楼，靠墙的卡座区与四人位的圆桌、两人位的方桌错落有致地排列着。

The booth seating area in the center is neatly arranged, while the surfboard-shaped six-person table on the right adds a touch of whimsy.Ascending the staircase to the second floor, the wall-hugging booth area features a harmonious arrangement of round tables seating four and square tables seating two.

下午的阳光从天窗倾泻而下，光带在灰色墙面上描绘出斑驳的画面，点亮桌角的木色，也在水泥地面上投下有力的棱影。那是和风与工业的碰撞，是光与影的对话，更是时间与空间的一次静默共舞。

Afternoon sunlight poured through the skylight, casting dappled patterns across the gray walls. It illuminated the wood grain at the table corners while casting sharp, angular shadows on the concrete floor.It is the collision of Japanese aesthetics and industrial design, a dialogue between light and shadow, and a silent dance between time and space.

餐厅的美，不在于某一处惊艳，而在于每一个细节的契合：红砖与钢铁的历史错位，竹子与金属的新旧对话，冷峻与温润的交融。午后的光影：它让钢铁柔软，让木头低语，让每一个角落都在时光里微微颤动。

The beauty of the restaurant lies not in any single breathtaking feature, but in the harmony of every detail: the historical juxtaposition of red brick and steel, the dialogue between bamboo and metal, the fusion of coolness and warmth.Afternoon light and shadow: It softens steel, makes wood whisper, and causes every corner to tremble faintly in time.
