Strict geometry of forms, imitation concrete, charismatic thermally modified wood, panoramic glazing — when developing the concept of a cottage village in Zelenograd, Maria Green relied on a relevant modern style and natural materials. This allowed the houses to be organically integrated into the forest surroundings and preserve the natural aesthetics of the sites. And when arranging playgrounds for children and driveways between houses, the characteristics of the landscape were taken into account.

It was decided to use natural stone, wood and porcelain stoneware with a concrete texture as exterior decoration, ideal for the Art Nouveau style. The architectural features of the cottages were emphasized with contour LED lighting. And transparent tempered glass was used as railings for balconies and terraces, which does not block the view from the windows.
